I had the most terrible experience with Injector Kate. 1) I asked for 3ml, she kept pushing for more throughout the treatment saying she needed to add more to make it even - I ended up with almost 5ml (which obviously I was charged extra for) 2) She used far too much and my filler was bulging, uncomfortable and migrated. 3) When I returned a month later to express my concerns and ask for some to be dissolved, I was charged for this (despite it being her mistake) 4) She tried to tell me it wasn’t the filler and that It was always like that!! 5) I went next door to Artisan (amazing clinic) to have this issue resolved and he said that no injector should have ever used that much in my young face. DO NOT get dermal filler here!!

I just had my first laser hair removal treatment... Ellie was my wonderful clinician & provided above and beyond service!
She took the time to explain the process beforehand & was incredibly knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable & constantly checked in throughout treatment. She was exceptionally thorough & takes pride in the services she provides.

I have never felt more welcome and cared for than when I came for my consult and first LED session today. Clean clinic and warm welcoming staff. Couldn’t recommend this place more! I left feeling amazing can’t wait to come back

I definitely do not recommend this place. I went to my third session today for laser epilation. The face and chest area was to be done. It lasted 10 minutes at most. It was as if we were in a hurry. Although I specifically stated, there are many places in the face and chest area that are not shot. Unfortunately, a waste of money and time. I was already disappointed after the first session and I expressed this on my second visit. As a result, I definitely do not recommend this place.

Karly and her team have really helped with my skin. I’m 53 years young and have been getting anti aging and skin damage treatment from years of too much sun.
