We feel so confident knowing the GPs at Seven Hills Family Doctors can support our families health needs. We see Dr Kwong Chow who is a simply amazing human and excellent medical practitioner. NB: Be warned.
Michael Clem says he is a Doctor but he is an imposter.
He is one of, if not THE most, unprofessional, deceitful and unempathetic human beings of this world.
As a Health Professionsl for 32 years. I know what is true and genuine and Michael is either of these. Hes insight and knowledge base leaves alot to bne desire.
If he suggests something overlooks a concern of yours while his hand is his room door read to get you out so he can get the next person in and out and so he can make as much money as he can. Get a second opinion and don't be drawn in by his cliche sayings like " you say all the right things" or he's living the dream."
Sorry tobadmit this but he is an extremely shallow, unstruthorthy man let alone a Doctor. He's an authentic joke.

Have been coming here for a number of years and no matter what doctor I have had here I have always felt listened to and heard and am always very happy with the care I receive here.
Special shout out to Dr Chow as well as he is my regular doctor, but he is wonderful and always does his best to make sure you are on the road to recovery.

These doctors and their patient care and understanding are above all the rest I have been too. I've attended for my babies needles and 2.5 year old asthma issues and the doctors have been amazing. Dr Jenkins, Dr Michael Clem and Dr Yocom are who I have dealt with and can't fault them. Irene on the front reception is always very supportive and understanding and helps however she can. Extremely happy I changed to them from our previous practice.

Fantastic practice. Dr Lauren Melville is warm, caring and empathetic. Listens and understand concerns and activity advocates for your health. So nice to have a doctor take the time to explain tests and results to you in depth. Would highly recommend her

Dr Kwong Chow is fantastic. We have seen multiple GP's and he is the only one who noticed that our baby had a hernia, and in another appointment, a heart murmur. The heart murmur was particularly concerning because we had been to another, reputable doctor only 2 days beforehand and she did the exact same tests and didn't pick it up. Best doctors, can usually get a same day appointment and they (generally) run on time.
