Recently I presented to the Emergency Department having an asthma attack with Pneumonia. From the moment I arrived I received exceptional care and treatment.. the nurses and Drs were just wonderful not leaving my side for even a moment till I was transferred to ICU/CCU . The next day I was moved to Unit 1 staying 6 days . I would like to give a shout out to the wonderful caring and dedicated Nursing Staff and Dr Babar, so caring and thorough. Also a shout out to the Catering staff especially Lucy who is just a breath of fresh air, you guys are just amazing and I just wanted to thank you all for the amazing care I received whilst a inpatient.. Bundaberg is lucky to have such a wonderful Hospital- once again Thank you all so very much 🙏🏽😊

Ny wife had cause to present to Emergency in Feb 25. No waiting No delay. Attended to by RN Jade who was exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly. Also attended by Jack another RN who was also fantastic. Then seen by Dr Emika who was truly amazing, highly knowledgeable and professional especially with his quals in Emergency medicine. Cannot recommend the Friendlies any higher

Today I was looked after extremely well. A Plastic Surgeon did a great 👍 job on my face( even though one can't change perfection)lol. Terrific results and loverly bed side manner. Sandwich 🥪 not bad too. See you all again soon, professional as usual.

I left hospital yesterday just a day after total hip replacement but didn’t get to farewell and thank the wonderful staff. Everyone in Ward 4 and the surgical unit lived up to their workplace name. Very caring, professional and supportive, helping me to have an extraordinarily quick recovery.

The worst Emergency room experience of my life..!
As a Returned Serviceman I suffer from PTSD and a crushed disk in my spine. I presented to the Emergency ward only to be escorted outside and told they will not see me. My liver function was WAY outside of normal range and shutting down. If I didn't manage to get to Greenslopes private Hospital in Brisbane two days later, I was told I would have died..!
Shame on you Friendlies. You talk a big game about helping Vets, but your actions speak louder than words ever could. Oh and yes, I'm considering legal action.
DO NOT go to the Friendlies, they are a disgrace to the medical profession.

I can absolutely recommend the FSPH. The standard of care is so high I have been seen twice though FED and the Dr's and nurses there are amazing at what they do. Yes you have to pay $250 to been seen, but it's worth every cent, to be treated promptly, and with and exceptional standard of care.

I recently had a week's admission in Unit 4 and was made feel so comfortable. The Level of care is absolutely astounding. I just wanna give a big shout out to Dr Wamala, Dr Van Der Westhuzin and Dr Pramodya. A massive thank you to all the nurses on unit, every single one of you are so amazing at what you do.

The orderlies, catering, staff and cleaners, it was like staying in a hotel.

Seriously cannot fault this hospital.
