As I had breast cancer 12 years ago, I have a yearly mammogram and ultrasound as a checkup. Since living in this area I have had them at I-med, so I was shocked when I tried to book an appointment months ago that I-med weren’t taking appointments, band Bundaberg Radiology was similar. I was told about Voxel, so rather than travelling to Maryborough, Hervey Bay or elsewhere, which was suggested to me, I decided to try Voxel. My appointment was today and I was very impressed - lovely premises, friendly staff and Tracey and Bec who did my procedures were extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. More of these services are clearly needed in Bundaberg as the area is growing so quickly. . I wish you well Voxel! Thank you!

I have been travelling to Brisbane for all of my imaging needs after bad experiences with other providers in town that I refuse to use. So when I heard that Voxel had opened as I was about to leave to Brisbane, I tried my luck as I needed an emergency scan and they fitted me in that day!

Thank you very much. I will be using you guys for all of our family imaging needs moving forward and recommending you to all of our patients.

We'll all went well with X-ray and scan for my wife but it went rock bottom after that! Visiting the area from the Gold Coast we were told that my wife had a fractured shoulder and qthe results would take about 24 to 48 hours to be received by referral and our doctor. .A week later and nobody had received the report or X-ray. Childers hospital, the doc at Childers or our practitioners. Our doctor was trying to contact voxel all day Friday 3rd to no avail. We rang about 4.15 and recorded message saying closed for the 1day. Rang Monday morning and was told the results were sent so we asked them to send again to our doctor who received the report this time but no copy of X-ray. Wtf? Bundaberg hospital can't even access Voxel neither our doctor. Why there is no recorded message option available at Voxel is ridiculous. How are medical practitioners able to contact to get results when the phone rings out. Ludicrous. Unless you live near them do not bother to use this practice if you're holidaying in the area.

To their credit 1 day after this post we were contacted by Voxel who apologized and thanked us for bringing the problems to their attention. Apparently not aware of the no access to X-rays by doctors and hospitals and we were assured that the procedure has been rectified now. Also refunded our our of pocket expenses. So give them a go folks, at least they responded and addressed the issue which displays integrity.. We appreciate the favourable response.

I was super nervous and aphrensive about getting an MRI but the team at Voxel were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and at ease about the procedure. They happily put me thru feet first and were so patient with throughout the process. I recommend them to anyone who is nervous about their MRI. Thank you so much 😊
