Wouldn’t help me with my newborn because he didn’t have Medicare yet. Absolutely no alternative options provided in a case where the child couldn’t possibly have their own Medicare yet despite both parents having it.

This after hours was very good one stage and now it's gone to a pack mum Nd I been sick few times on week days Nd tonight wish is Saturday there saying there no after hours doctors for this area 2760 north saint Mary's then she said call ambulance go the hospital why go there for just site there half night I can't see why you still in business I won't be using this doctors service again I say sick before calling yous

Pretty shabby in Gold Coast.
Made booking during midmorning for vist between 6 to 9. Due to falling down stairs and not able to walk.
Got message at 8.30pm they were still coming. Then the calls started at 9.30pm from a private number which my ph does not allow. No less than 9 calls later being put through by the reception and trying to direct them to my house Im spoken to like a bad child and they were cancelling because they cannot find my place from neaby next intersection even tho they had Google maps and iphone..

They took my details and medicarre number. When they asked me where I lived they informed me that there was no one in my area available. But will phone me in half a hour. Waited 2 hours then after giving my Medicare number again. And told her that nobody called. She said she will make another booking. I was aware of negative reviews for this same issue. Told her that. She hung up. I have Informed them I have Parkinsons Disease and suffer from regular fainting. Which was the reason why I called. As I fainted and really hurt my neck. As I am home bound I could not see a doctor. If my Medicare number is used to bill this non consultation. I will ask for an investigation. As I am sure there was no actual consultation.

Absolute rubbish service. I would give 0 stars if possible. I was told there are no doctors available for home visits and was given a phone consultation for my 2 and a half year old son who was suffering from severe earache. The phone consultation only lasted for 1 or 2 minutes. The doctor prescribed amoxilin without even asking details about his symptoms or how long he's had it.

Booked a home visit for a friend who was in a lot of pain. He was unable to move from bed so I thought this would be a better option. Just wanted a locum service basically a doctor to go give him some pain medication to get him through the night . After booking was told if no doctor can come after 4 hours they will call. I said calling won't be helpful at all. So after 4 hours a doctor calls...seems like they just waited 4 hours and didn't have any plan to visit... doctor said "I can't come so just see a gp tomorrow" I said " I waited 4 hours for that? I just wanted him to get some pain meds" she said" Oh I'll send a prescription to your phone" ok ...waited 2 hours no script...called them they said they'll text her to remind her ..so I waited another 2 hours and still no script by now it's almost sun coming up...after having wasted 8 hours for these useless incompetent people...called them back they said she has finished her shift and no other doctor can send the script...
So 4 days later I get a call to send a prescription to chemist...He didn't need it anymore he has gotten meds already from a REAL doctor. So next day I get a call that they need an emailed address to send my bill to?... They say Allianz private cover rejected the bill because they don't cover it as he didn't use Medicare. This 13sick are really just milking medicare for zero service... billing people for a phone call doing NOTHING but wasting your time. I told them I'm not going to be paying a bill for a doctor call who just told me to see a gp and forget to send the script.... DO NOT FEED THESE SCAMMERS THEY ARE OUT TO RIP YOU OFF!

Booked through the app. Kept my young son up. But once it hit over the 4 hour mark, I rang the number took over 30mins to get onto an operator to find out no doctors in the area and Telehealth was maybe a 3 hour wait. Put my son to bed and cancelled the booking. They said that the time I booked there was probably a doctor in the area but had just clicked over no doctors as I got onto the operator.
I have used the service before but I won’t be again.

I have used this service about a dozen times and doctor has always arrived within the estimated timeframe, each time I have been greeted by the same GP, Dr Mak who is kind and efficient. This evening was the first time there were no doctors available in my area and instead I was offered a telehealth consultation to which I gladly accepted. I was given an estimated wait time of 40 minutes however to my surprise, I was phoned immediately by the lovely Dr Wan, who listened to my concerns and promptly sent me a script and certificate. This service is an absolute godsend for those unable to physically get to a GP (especially after hours). I honestly can’t thank you enough
