The initial administrative response was excellent, so that I was able to obtain an appointment with an appropriate medical practitioner within 36 hours. Upon attendance, I found that the reception staff were efficient and courteous. The medical practitioner was able to meet the appointed time. He presented with an excellent manner and assisted resolution of my requirements with quiet confidence. Very professional.

The practice itself is lovely, reception staff are always helpful and quite personal in their approach! The nurses are some of the best I’ve ever come across.

In terms of GPs - you have to know which ones are good, ones I would strongly recommend:

- Dr Trisha Nguyen (the best, I recommend her to anyone who will listen. Have been going to her since my pregnancy and now my whole family and friends are hooked ❤️)
- Dr Ken Nguyen (spoke to him about my toddler, was extremely attentive, empathetic, and solved my problem)

The ones I would not recommend:
- Dr Kulathevy (had to restate my problem multiple times, she kept talking about notes from my previous visits that were long resolved by another doctor, then provided me with some very concerning advice)

Dr Kelly is extremely attentive, caring, patient and thorough. My daughter and I feel well looked after after each visit. She listens intently and just remembers the small things which may not be relevant but checks them just in case. We highly recommend her.

I needed to see a doctor on Sat as I was in so much pain & was able to get in with 1 hour. She was very thorough even though the appointment that I could get was a 15 minutes window. Very happy with the doctor.
