His empathetic character towards his patients, and his knowledge and understanding in his field of work has helped on many occasions to get me moving again. Kind, intelligent, and caring practitioners, an amazingly well run centre, great with last minute appointments and they do a mean giftcard.

Trent offers 1 on 1 personal training plans that are custom made to each individual and are super supportive. After the first 3 weeks I'm feeling comfortable but motivated, and already seeing results!

I've been getting my neck fixed by these guys well before they opened this business - and so far Trent has successfully kept me away from an orthopaedic surgeon for the last 8 years.
He always listens if i have any new/old issues, and can change his treatment no matter what new injury i've managed to come across.

My kiddo has seen him before, and so has my mum. Brilliant with all injuries, on people of all ages. 100% recommend!

I went to Pack Health for my upper back pain. Azzerdeen did an amazing job! After a one-hour acupuncture session, 90% of the pain was gone the next day. A week later, I had a follow-up appointment for another one-hour acupuncture session, and the pain is completely gone.
