Had to take our 5-year-old daughter here as she was unwell while on holiday in Sydney. We were seen within 20 mins (unheard of in NZ!), nurse and Dr Carol Moon were very professional - diagnosed cause of the very high temp and gave us prescription. Great service.
Only disappointing thing was 2 of the 3 front receptionist staff were unfriendly and surly. The receptionist who I paid was lovely and friendly though (think she said she visited Nepal recently?).

This Medical Centre has everything I need, Today I had a blood test and an ECG with just making a booking overnight the previous day. I was in and out with my Doctor Victor Yan, they just make doctors smatter these days compared to the older ones, these days they just say stop doing this and previously it would be slow down on this etc. I am 54 years of age for anyone's information.

Dr Victor Yan is a great physician. He was kind enough to accommodate me on short notice. His thorough assessment of my condition was impressive, He requested all the necessary tests to understand the underlying causes. I highly recommend him.

Staff are always efficient and friendly and Dr Anna was warm and professional. I'm not happy with the new pricing structure but I will definitely go back to them when needed. Highly recommend.

I took my young daughters in for flu vaccines and swabs today. My appointments were only scheduled for 5mins each. We had no time for swabs, which was what I had discussed and booked in with the receptionist. My youngest was sick with symptoms of pneumonia.
The flu vaccines were terrible. My kids are 6 & 9, understandably nervous. The GP waived the needle in front of their faces telling them ‘it was a small needle’. Needless to say that did not calm them down! I asked about the swabs again and I felt like I was in the way as the GP said his next patients were here, even though we had to wait over 20mins for our appointments. Not impressed with this medical Centre at all!

One of the receptionists attitude is really disappointing—she came across as rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. For a medical center in this neighborhood, with such high prices, that kind of attitude just isn’t acceptable. When I asked why the bill was so high, she didn’t offer any explanation and just said, “every appointment is different.”
If she can’t interact with patients in a friendly and professional way, it might be time to consider a job that’s a better fit for her!

Terrible experience this morning with the receptionist who was inappropriate, unprofessional and rude. Bought my toddler in who was unwell. When asking about the rates she gave us the wrong rates and when we mentioned the rates were different from other clinics we were informed to go elsewhere. We werent even complaining just having a conversation about the comparison in the local area. We were going to go ahead with the appointment but after her attitude and looking down on us we decided to go elsewhere. Such a shame as judging from the reviews and my husbands past experiences with doctors here its generally exceptional but the receptionist today was awful and didnt care about peoples heath.. more concerned about if you had the means to pay.. which we did but not for that negative experience.
