Previously one of my recommended provided for beds, after waiting 6 months for NDIS approval I called Liberty today and was advised that they close their Gold Coast warehouse this Friday, are not building beds anymore, and not honouring our quote. The poor communication is astounding - this company has my email address and multiple quotes for clients and yet they’ve not even attempted to notify clients. I was told they will continue to sell beds and equipment provided by other brands however I will be sure to tell all of my colleagues and contacts not to use them when they cannot even communicate such a massive decision to their customers. This will have a devastating impact on my - and other clinicians - clients

I phoned re purchasing a Studio Lift Chair, great service from store to delivery. Richard the delivery driver kept me informed on his progress throughout the day and delivered the chair in a professional and timely manner, wonderful service. I bought an adjustable bed for my Mother 6 months ago and both of us have been extremely pleased with the service and quality of the bed. They are Australian made and owned and all the sales staff were really helpful. Mum didn't have to worry at all, as they put her on an interest free payment plan so she could afford it today!!!

I recently had the task of purchasing a walker for my grandmother. The Easycare staff couldn't be more helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable. They had a large range of products at affordable prices. The walker I purchased is perfect for my grandmother, and of very high quality. I am very happy that I went to Easycare and would highly recommend.

I do not think this company should sell to interstate customers! Reason being if a product needs repairs under warranty the customer has to be prepared to pay freight to queensland . We have had a simply go oxygen concentrater for 7 months( which luckily we were able to get fixed through a local retailer who deals with phillips resprionics) the machine had major problems ! If we had sent it back to Easycare it would have either cost us a lot through a courier or as suggested by the staff sent it by Australia Post and in covid times would have taken weeks to come back this is also very important machine for my husbands medical condition so this would not have been satisfactory. The local company also explained that Easycare could have got around the situation and sent a courier to pick up the machine. We bought online for a good price and staff were very good when we purchased it but this situation was very distressing in our circumstaces.

I needed a bed for my son who has scoliosis and had no idea what to get with so many options out there. I spotted an easycare van and asked the salesman Jorden what I should get he was so helpful and brought out to my home free of charge a latex over memory foam matress to try my son loves it even goes to bed early and when he isn't here I sleep on it and my back is better. I am impressed with the comfort level compared to any spring matress.

I placed an order for my disabled mum (who was just recently widowed unexpectedly) paying express post for some urgent aids that could help her try to live on her own. We heard nothing for 2 weeks, until mum phoned and was told 1 of the items was on back order, but they wouldn’t post the other 2, 10 days later, and we had to contact them again to find out what was happening. I sent a very angry email, and received a “we have decided to cancel your order and refund your money” with NO other explanation. I cant help but wonder if you’re just another company portraying assistance to people with disabilities, but really you dont care. I am utterly disgusted.
