I’ve only had my initial consult so far, however already I’ve been impressed by the level of care and expertise at You. After about 6 months of treatment which hasn’t progressed my injury, the initial consult helped identify, explain and provide the first steps to recovery. Already I feel confident that the support here will put me back on track with my CrossFit training. Fantastic modern facilities with new equipment, and the customer service + complimentary drinks really helped nail the first impression. Cheers guys.

Having a serious knee injury - grade 3/4 acl macro tears no rupture - Sonja was very empathetic, educational and reassuring about the path to recovery without surgery. Her trigger point release and dry needling has given me a great start in recovery ensuring I hit the gym the next day. Sonja has treated me numerous times over the past ~10 years. From tweaks, tightness or injuries limiting my movement from things like running, CrossFit or just being too sedentary in an office job, Sonja has been able to assess the issue and get me mobile again and provide me with the right mobility exercises to focus on for recovery and ongoing prehab.

I’ve had a few tweaks and injuries over the years that I wasn’t sure physio alone would fix, but Sonja has worked wonders on a number of occasions.

I’ve also seen Jo for a monthly remedial massage for at least 5 years and can highly recommend her skills in keeping me limber.

Recently I irritated my lower disc and was fortunate to be treated by Maeve. She is amazing! She is kind, lovely and so knowledgeable!! She knew exactly what to do to resolve my issue. After 1 night sleep my back already feels 10 x better. Thank you Maeve, can't wait to try her Pilates.

You physio is Banyos most prized possession. The suburb is so lucky to have it! The facilities are superb, all staff are handpicked and amazing at what they do, you feel so well looked after.
