My first visit was on 21.01.2025. The staff were pleasant and efficient. While not busy there was a constant stream of patients. This may have accounted for my appointment being about 15 minutes over due. I wasn't rushed so didn't mind this time.

I will NEVER book with this GP again. I made an appointment weeks ago, and they accepted my booking. Yet, on the day of my appointment, I was told they couldn’t see me because I had been "deleted from their system". They never bothered to inform me during the booking process that I wasn't in their system, nor did they contact me ahead of time. I took sick leave for NOTHING, only to be REJECTED due to their GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND INCOMPETENCE. I would rather travel a long distance to another provider than ever deal with this DISGRACEFUL practice again. NEVER AGAIN!

This clinic is excellent in every way. I have been a patient for many years and cannot fault it. Doctors are very good and there is a lot to choose from. Reception staff are great and friendly. Big surgery with 2 waiting areas, good size treatment room, TV's, kids play area, plenty of undercover parking and they bulk bill certain government card holders. Brilliant 👏

I wish I could give more than two stars. Dr Bellary is amazing and the staff are really friendly BUT I waited over 30 minutes to see the Dr for a 9 minute appointment. I have not once ever booked with with the GP Superclinic and been seen within 30 minutes of my booking time. It annoys me that my time is not valued. Had I been 30 minutes late to my appointment, I would have been charged a Did Not Show fee. I was the 3rd person to be seen by Dr Bellary this morning. There was no emergency. This is consistent with every other Doctor I have seen at the GP Superclinic. I am aware that at least one of the Doctors books appointments from 9am, when he doesnt even arrive until 9.25am. I'm starting to think this could be consistent across the board at this Doctors Clinic. It is for this reason that I switched to Gympie Rd Doctors 5 years ago - they are rarely running late and certainly not 30+ minutes. If you don't mind waiting for your appointment this is a good bulk bill option.
