Dr Rhea mutzelburg was lovely at our first appointment. She was very thorough, understanding and just had a wonderful ‘bedside manner’. I would definitely recommend her! ☺️

All the staff are amazing. Reception staff, Nurse and especially my Doctor were very kind and caring. I saw them when they were extremely busy but I never felt rushed along. They all took the time required to help me. While I was waiting I saw the same caring treatment for other patients.

I have been going to the Doctor's at Mayfair Medical Practice for over ten years. While my main doctor is Martin Hines who is a highly skilled practitioner, I have had to see most of the doctors during this time, and all have been excellent. A professionally run clinic.

I have been going to Mayfair for a number of years now. I’ve always found everyone there, from receptionist to doctor, nurses, to be understanding, courteous & kind. I truly couldn’t be happier with my doctors! I usually see Dr Martin Hinse, but often have seen other doctors, they are all wonderful caring doctors. I have tried many different medical clinics, but always returned to them.

The Doctor and staff were very pleasant, seemed happy and were efficient. Lindy has a great phone attitude and is very pleasant when at the reception area. That’s not to mention the rest of the staff who all are terrific as well. It was indeed a great experience as usual.

Mayfair medical is the most unprofessional medical experience I have ever received. Doctors are overall nice but receptionists are absolutely clueless. Had to ask multiple times for tasks to get done and was met with the rudest attitude, left the phone crying. I will no longer being going to Mayfair medical.

This practice needs to get with the times, and use e-mail at least to provide results or any information requested by the patient. The doctor whom I see gives referrals/scripts out so quick it doesn't feel as though your symptoms are being listened to or you're being properly assessed. On top of that, the referrals and scripts are typed in some abbreviated short-hand and sometimes missing words because the doctor types with 2 fingers. I said I am experiencing slurred speech and responded with 'your not slurring your words with me right now' and didn't put it down as a symptom. I'm not going back for a consult again.

I've only been going to this medical centre for a short time but am very happy with their service. Particularly like that I can see a doctor when I need one and not have to wait for weeks for an appointment.
