i had an appointment at 4:15pm and only got to see the doctor at 5:45pm. i was very upset as i waited almost 2 hours which could have been avoided by a simple phone call to let me know. i have now been told that the doctor is often running late which means this is a common occurrence. not to mention there was another lady there who was also waiting just as long for her appointment with the same doctor. makes me think that the appointment times should be scheduled for longer so it gives enough time for people to be treated without pushing back other appointments. if you tell me you have an appointment time for 4:15pm it’s normal for me to think that i will be in at that time. very upsetting and frustrating experience.

Fantastic clinic with doctors that listen and do not rush you, remember to book a long appointment if you have more then one issue, calling an hour before to gauge potential wait time is a good idea. The reception staff are fantastic and will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs, so be nice. Patient 20 odd years.

Excellent family doctors, have been going to this clinic for almost 40 years. Great service, lovely reception and nursing staff as well. Always recommend this practice to friends and family.
It's true that there is usually a wait but the reception staff do their best to estimate the waiting time if you call before your appointment time.
Thankfully, I have been fitted in-between other people's appointments because of urgent issues, I've also been given extra time that I didn't book when I have needed additional care and compassion.
Doctors run late when they do a thorough, caring job and triage urgent issues, if you only care about a doctor being on time, go to a super clinic where no one knows you and doesn't care about your history.

Although service was okay, i had an appointment at 4:15 and did not get into see the doctor until 5:55 absolutely ridiculous. this clinic needs much better time management and appointments scheduling needs to be changed. so disappointed and upset

Doctors are friendly and not bad. Front staff not so great. Average waiting time (through 10 visits) is between 30 and 45mins. Doesn't matter if you call before arriving to confirm if they are running late. Still will be waiting

So my appointment was at 5.45pm. I called at 4.45pm to make sure it was still on and was told yes without mention to the fact the doctor was running behind. Arrive on time to my appointment to be told there are 3 people ahead of me and i need to wait. It's 6.20pm now and still nothing..

Is there a doctor on this planet who is able to hold an appointment time? The answer is not at this place... very disappointing...

How about a bit of customer service?!?!

I told the receptionist a phone call would have been nice only to be responded with eyes rolled and the go to statement of... "we ask our customers to call beforehand to check for a delay " well I don't remember ever being told about that.. how convenient... it's now the customers fault that the doctor can't make their appointment. Also i did call beforehand and nothing was mentioned... thanks guys...
