Dr Karim, lovely man , great bedside manner, very gentlemanly, pulls no punches when explaining the whys and wheres of your health problem.
Have been seeing him now for 7 years and would recomend him too all.
How lucky we are to have such a good dr close by.

We just moved to the area two days ago snd my son has an ear infection. I they got him in straight away.

I Made the appointment for my son in the morning(new patient), few hours later took him in to his appointment, we waited at least 5mins in the waiting room and already called in by the Dr before our appointment time. I was so surprised at how quickly everything was processed by everyone here. Very polite staff ☺️

Reception, Nurse and the Gp was fantastic. I am not a regular patient, but came in as I was across the road when I started to experience an anaphylactic reaction. The Nurse on duty handed the emergency with excellent care and experience and made me feel calm and reassured while we waited for QAS. Thank you

I visited Dr Ishtiaq Rachid yesterday 07/01 due to a very visible swollen and sore area in and around my right knee for the last 13 days. It was worrying to me as I had done no physical activity that would have caused it.
It was effecting my work as it hurt to bend it, walk on it, restricted my driving using accelerator and the pain at night keeps me awake.
Dr Ishtiaq (didn’t examine it whatsoever), just told me to come back in 3 days if it didn’t improve.
I felt absolutely stupid leaving that medical centre, it was a complete waste of my time, he didn’t offer any solutions at all.
All he kept saying was I need to get his receptionist to send over my medical records from my previous doctor.
I don’t really have an interesting medical history or regular doctor as I am generally a well person.
No care offered! …And an extremely sore leg/knee today :/
