My doctor is amazing ,unfortunately the same can't be said for reception staff. There is one girl who is amazing but I'm not sure if she still works there. These ladies don't even smile or say hello when you approach them it's like they are waiting for conflict seriously. They are so rude and miserable 😔it actually makes you feel depressed. I just don't understand why nothing gets done about it. 🤷

Reception and Management would have to be the most unhelpful and rude people to be in a medical centre here there is people who are fragile and in need of comfort. Would definitely not recommend and will be telling every possible person I know how terrible the place is! I would give them zero stars if that was possible

Had to make a last minute booking to see a Dr on Xmas eve. It was easy enough to book online.
I received a phone call the day before my appt to confirm time & fees.
Appt was on time.

Great team all together, reception is always on the job. Nurses are friendly and comforting when needed. The doctors I have seen, get the job done, support when needed. My family and I have been with this clinic for over 30 years. And would recommend 💯%

Edit: This medical centre has improved over the past few years with their customer service and quality of care. Receptionists are very kind and thoughtful. Most doctors at the medical centre are good quality. My experience with the nurses have always been top quality. I look back at my original review as a bit dramatic as emotions were heightened by the pandemic and increased costs everywhere. That being said, I definitely see a positive difference between this medical centre as it is now then what it was a few years back.

This medical centre needs to improve their customer service and quality of care. Not only are we being charged for each appointment now, but the doctors seem to be rushing us out of there which brings into question the value of the appointments. There are some good doctors here but they are usually pretty booked up. I have been to this medical center all my life and have only just now for the first time considered trying a new practice due to it's downfall in quality.

I've been a patient since 1996 however not a very sickly person my last attendance was 15 months ago. I unfortunately had a medical issue this week and was not advised when calling to book, nor when I attended the front counter to provide my details that costs were now involved. Since being a patient, this cost has never come up, advised or been discussed. I'm not upset about having to pay, however the treatment of being called at home while sick and uncontrollably coughing while being treated like I had stolen something by staff after the fact was very unprofessional. The whole interaction with a long term patient of the clinic was unprofessional given they had multiple opportunities to state the procedure had changed and payment would be required, non of which occured before the demand for payment phone call. I will never attend the centre again after how I was treated.

One star as zero stars is not an option. I will not return to this Medical Centre again. My Husband had a blood test and an Xray completed four weeks ago, we had to call the medical center to ask if the test results were back. They booked in a telehealth "follow up" appointment for us to get these results. After a 10 min consultation with the Dr, and he can’t tell us what’s wrong, they charged us $80 after telling us it was just a “follow up appointment”. When questioned about being charged as this was not advised during the booking, and being told it was only a follow up appointment, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional and said it is ticked that you were aware.
