Best doctors in the area from my perspective. All of the doctors at this practise are exceptional and I have no preference at all when needing to check in. The ladies at reception are professional and the waiting time is very minimal. I have only waited for an hour once to see a doctor and that was during the pandemic.

Have been a patient for over 10 years. Great doctors, pity about reception staff. enough to turn you away. They never greet you or smile and just stare when you approach the desk waiting for you to tell them what you want. Waited over an hour for appointment and just get told wont be long and who cares. Why would I put my photo there. So I get worse service next time i visit.

The doctor saw me fast, empathized with me and helped me get my scripts organized quickly. Very professional and caring. This will be my local gp moving forward. The pharmacy being right beside is also extremely convenient!

I have been in chronic pain for several years. Simon Ting refuses to prescribe any pain relief, pharmaceutical or natural. Simon has never sent me for an X-RAY, ultrasound, nothing. I constantly miss work and social events due to my chronic pain. Instead I was prescribed anti depressants and was told to cut down my drinking. Which is how I deal with the chronic pain as there are no other options. Simon is rude, careless, judgemental and dangerous. Simon, your licence should be revoked. Simon's carelessness almost lead to my best friends death, she had an ectopic pregnancy and almost died under his "care." Do yourself a favour, AVOID THE TING DOCTORS AT ALL COSTS.

Been going here for 18 years. Helpful reception and the Ting's are fantastic practitioners. Went here for all four of my pregnancies and my children have attended since birth.
They were very helpful in detecting my child's autism (pre-diagnosis). The child nurse is also attentive and friendly.

I have been attending this Dr Surgery for over 20 years and I have never had any problems with the Reception staff, they are very busy most days with the phone practically ringing non stop. There are always several Dr's on staff to help and even if you can't see your normal Dr as a walk in because they are fully booked you will still be seen by another Dr who is able to help.
