This skin clinic is the most thorough clinic regarding skin cancers!! Reception, and OMG the nurses and Doctors have been exceptional over the two years I have been coming!! Dr Anwair and his team are very thorough. They found and removed my early stage melanoma from me which another skin Dr failed to find, (to look under my bra strap). Since my initial diagnosis I have been going back every three months and Dr Anwair and his team have found more skin cancers and removed…which I am forever grateful for. Dr Anwair may not be everyone’s cup of tea… but he is a fantastic DOCTOR!! While we want a Dr to be a friend…. We pay them to do their job and Dr Anwair does that very well!!!
Get him on a good day…you can crack a smile out of him 🙂 He is also human, he lost a sibling recently, so be kind!!

My partner attended this medical centre to get a referral for a problem in her foot and for a new script of her medication. Straight away without saying anything, the DR said he doesn't give short term pain relief for a long term problem and then said to go to a podiatrist. Then for her script the DR said he has more patients waiting and to book and pay for another appointment for him to fill the forms in. Completely dismissive of anything she was concerned about and obviously only worried about getting through who ever was waiting next for $. First and last time we will be using this Medical Centre.

I think this is the first negative review I have ever posted online and only due to the fact that my partner was so upset. The DR made her feel like she was attending for pain relief and she had absolutely no resolution for either problem she went in for.

The receptionists were amazing! Dr Muhammad Raihan Anwar however is not only unprofessional but a serious danger to his patients. My mum and dad were shocked. After fighting for his life my dad had open infected wounds on his legs that Anwar put his did u tell any1 abt the fight? fingers wihout gloves on his wounds several times during the visit after other patients. He didnt wash his hands during or after our visit. We had paramedics from an ambulance and police send my dad as he had irregularities during heart monitoring with specialized equipment however Dr Anwar disregarded this and only under directions from both my mum and my dad many times after he dismissed us thought it was fitting to monitor his heart with only a quick thumb on wrist method and said there were no irregularities.. he basically dismissed us again like we were a waste of his time annoyed that we kept telling him. He also basically refused to give us a referral to a back specialist despite my dad being unable to sit without serious pain in his back insinuating he should come back as a returning loyal customer to this GP after all we already went through with him making us feel like we were wasting his time. The suggested pain relief for my dad dispite being in back pain for more then 6 years was Nurofen and CT.

Pathetic service. Utter incompetence.
Made me wait over an hour after making me reattend to receive clear results. Phone number doesn’t get answered during business hours. Says WhatsApp is a point of contact yet when you contact them on WhatsApp it says the number isn’t registered. What a disgrace of a clinic. Will never return.

I know doctors are generally slow, but every appointment is always 40 minutes behind time. The two main Indian doctors have no regard for patients time. My appointment was made in my hour lunch break and I was 30 minutes late back.
I have never experienced an appointment on time.

I have a strong suspicion that the positive reviews of this surgery are written by the surgery... (who else posts photos of doctors certificates)

So.. if you have an hour to waste prior to your appointment... book in here.

1 months later I decided to give them another chance... the doctor called me in and asked if I had written the review above.. then told me it was all lies and then refused to see me.
So much for listening to patients.. listening to customers. He called me a lier.

So if you post a review on here, unless it says how great they are... don't expect for them to offer anything other than a worse service.

To the doctors... Feedback is a gift .. someone is taking their time to share their experience. If you choose to ignore it then that's on you.

If a Zero star was available I would select that one from todays experience because instead of saying 'sorry about your last visit time.. we aim to do better' the doctor said 'is that your review' and pointed to his screen then said he refused to see me.

So Reviews over patient care is a priority.

UPDATE:
The practice manager called me directly and was very helpful. She went out of her way when working at home to address my issue. She spoke to my doctor and saved me an unnecessary trip to the practice. Thank you.

Hello. I rang today and spoke to the receptionist. I requested to know whether my blood test had come in and whether I was required to come in for Hep B vaccination.
She told me I was required to come in for an appointment to get my results and couldn't tell me the results. I advised her that if my Hep B test came back as immune, I would not require a vaccination and therefore why would I come in for an appointment. She told me the appointment would be bulk billed. *To which I responded that my time is not bulk billed.*
I requested she get a message to the doctor and ask him to make an exception this time - all I need to know is if I need to come in for the vaccination or not. Not an unreasonable request, I would have thought.
I was not rude to the receptionist at any point, but I was firm that I didn't think it fair to ask me to come in for no reason. She blatantly refused to ask the doctor then hung up on me. To add to this unacceptable treatment, when I rang back immediately, she left me on hold for 10 minutes. She eventually answered and again refused my request to ask the doctor. When I asked to speak to a manager/senior employee/doctor she told me they were busy or not available. I must admit, at this point, I got upset and told her her behaviour was unacceptable and I would be reporting it to a manager.
I am writing this on here, because hopefully someone more senior will read it. I can't get through to anyone via any other means as your receptionist is blocking all communication.
Anyway, would be greatly appreciated if someone can please let me know whether I actually need to come in for my vaccination, or whether I am already Hep B immune. My trip to Vietnam is in 4 weeks and I believe you need to get the vaccination a certain time before your trip (3-4 weeks maybe?). Please advise. Thanks

My husband had a small ball underneath his ear, so he made an appointment with doctor Raihan Anwar for a checkup. My husband arrived 15 minutes before his appointment time as requested by the health engine app, when he arrived the receptionist told him that the doctors have a staff meeting and there will be some delay. All the patents in the waiting area could clearly hear their giggles and jokes. It took 1 hour until he saw the doctor who spent less than five minutes. In this five minutes he didn’t check his blood pressure or temperature and he told him that this small ball is muscle spasm because of bad sleeping habit. He asked him what he does for a living and he told him he is on a disability pension. The doctor prescribed him muscle relaxation tablets and ordered a plain x-ray. The medicine was prescribed 100 tablets for $43 and the chemist advised my husband that there was an optional for 24 tablets for $25. My husband took the prescribed medicine and slept. In the morning the small ball was as big as a tennis ball and his temperature was close to 40 and he was admitted immediately to Redcliffe Hospital. He has been there for three days and the diagnostic is infection in the lymph node. Even though my husband mentioned to him that was what he suspected. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone and my husband says that he will not even send our beloved dog to him.
