No star rating here so I guess it's a one star so I can submit the review.
Doctor was very unhelpful. Especially when trying to organise certificate's when you have moved from a different state.
I would have got more satisfaction rubbing my bum with a onion!! 👎👎👎

Do not use these doctors. My partner has a long term illness and they agreed to take her as a new patient. She has specialist reports for her condition and medication. When she went there to get her monthly script they refused to prescribe what the specialist recommended and have left her without her necessary medication. The doctor said she would give a 1 month supply and only prescribed 2 weeks. This has left her depressed and anxious. They are not fit to practice medicine, cannot be trusted and are unethical. Avoid this clinic.

Dr Agbuya and Dr Shinwarie are two very special doctors who care and do their jobs incredibly well. I trust my families healthcare with them entirely. Jordan and Dianne/Donna at reception are so very helpful and nurse Honey is wonderful and will always make you smile.

I had an appointment yesterday with Dr Shiyamala Eswaran which I can 100% confidently say was one of the worst experiences at a medical center I have ever endured.
Dr Shiyamala Eswaran was unhelpful, she displayed unprofessional behaviour she was unwilling to communicate clearly, to display any empathy and treat me with just basic respect.
I had come in to have some vaccination documents signed which she refused to sign, I’m not one to put up a fight I just asked for some clarification, instantly cut me off and belittled me I had to leave the room because honestly I had to gather myself and leave the situation as I began to cry. Keep in mind a professional Doctor unprovoked is raising their voice and a 19 year old girl, there is a huge power play which she feeds off, feeling superior in her small office. I returned back with my mother as I felt to intimidated to go back in myself I wanted to have a civil conversation with her but she had retreated to the back room behind the reception desk and was talking loud enough obviously talking bad about me. We asked calmly if she could come out she refused not showing her face and using the reception lady as the messenger between us.
Would someone who did nothing wrong hide in the back room, refusing to have a conversation with their patient if they did nothing wrong? No.
She displayed such unprofessional behaviour.
There are one too many reviews on here complaining about her as well. Not only is her behaviour tarnishing her reputation but also the medical center as I will not be paying to be belittled, intimidated, disrespected.
