2 stars just because the staff are nice and friendly but I was charged $18 for exactly the same generic prescription that I get from chemist warehouse for just over $6!

I'd pay 20% extra and support local but 3x the price is called price gauging.

Went to this pharmacy a while ago but forgot to review it. The older lady behind the till was so rude and started lecturing me on Covid and isolating and how I’m spreading Covid and it’s people like me that are the problem.
I was buying Lemsip and cold/flu tablets for my sick partner, not for myself, and he did not have Covid (yes we had tested, not that that was any of her business). Plus anyone can buy medicine for their family/friends if they are isolating. I felt verbally abused and I was very shaken by it.
I decided to try this local pharmacy on instead of going to Woolies, never will be going there again and I have told others this story and to not go to this pharmacy.

So rude, so inappropriate and just unacceptable to be yelled at by the cashier. Do you think I have been living in a bubble for these few years and never heard of Covid?
Disgraceful, she should not be allowed to serve people.

The pharmist JOSH is the worst pharmist I have experienced. He is so unhelpful with simple recommendations
For example I quote his words “ I can’t advise you on how to take your prescription, even tho he has printed out the doctors instructions on the label.
My suggestion go back to kindergarten pharmacy.
You’re advice Is useless
Never going back there again.
Peeps try complete care pharmacy in wheeler heights give great customer service and advice
WORST PHARMACIST EVER- he is Asian and his name is JOSH. Save you’re time choose another pharmacist

The absolute worst pharmacy I have experienced. Sold me and my partner expensive immunization vials for 300$ and didn’t tell us we had to refrigerate them. We didn’t know as we never had vials before and they said they wouldn’t reimburse us after first saying they would. Just gave the vials to a young lady behind the counter and she just put them all in a bag and didn’t say anything to us. Will never be going back and will be telling all my local friends and members of the collaroy plateau and wheeler heights community. Good riddance!

Slowest service ever!
Asked to speak to pharmacist and waited for 4 patients to leave while I waited. She even had a conversation with a worker out back while I continued to wait!
Prices aren’t great and service is shocking. Think I’d rather travel for a better chemist in future.

The pharmacist would not dispense my medication because she said she had to call my doctor and she could only give me two tablets until she could contact her.I am 50 years old and I’ve never had a chemist make me feel like a drug addict because I had a script for strong pain killers. Most chemists will come and ask me a few questions to ascertain what I am taking them for and after explaining I have had failed spinal fusion surgery and am now under the care of a pain specialist at RNS hospital until I am able to undergo more surgery they take my identification and dispense my medication. This chemist took my script let me sit there for ten minutes then told me she was unable to give me my tablets. No questions or communication from her and even when I told her my condition she would not help, so I asked for my scripts back and left. I have rare windows of time when I am able to drive and try to go close to home for my medication, I have been to this chemist before for other scripts but will definitely not go there again!!
