Dr. Aaliya is a bit obnoxious I have to say. We could’ve easily had a quick appointment but she dragged it out to charge a long appointment, it was awkward I could see what she was doing. And she doesn’t like to listen, only likes to talk. Very interesting behaviour. Fortunately this was a one off visit.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the amazing team at Springwood General Practice. I have had a few health concerns over the past few months and receptionists, Doctors and nurses I have seen have been amazing. The Doctors took the time to listen to my concerns, conducted thorough examinations, and explained their findings and recommendations in a clear and understandable manner. The nurse was confident, so supportive and made me feel at ease. The friendly receptionist went above and beyond to help me book in my follow up appointments. I highly recommend this surgery for anyone seeking a reliable and compassionate healthcare provider. Their commitment to patient care is evident in every aspect of their service. Patient care non existent. My wife had to go in and she usually sees Garth, but he was unavailable and without him no one else at that practice cares. My wife was in a car accident and the doctor spent 2minutes looking at her, she has severe disabilities and conditions but he didn’t send her for checkups, imaging or anything of the sort despite having a genetic neurological conditions that impact her organs and soft tissues. Let’s point out her heart rate was resting sitting at 101, when her condition causes her to be brachy!! She has been at home in agony from pain in her neck, back, headaches and knee but this practice has refused to give me a call back since last Monday, has refused to book her in with anyone who can provide actual duty of care. She called again today and got told Garth is away, so no other option was given to her. How can you justify providing appropriate care when a disabled patient is stuck waiting weeks in pain?

Additional issue, when ever an appointment gets cancelled because the doctor is away don’t wait for a call back like they promise you’ll be waiting weeks and you’ll have to chase it up yourselves in the end anyway. So again my wife’s treatment and care gets delayed constantly because of this incompetent admin and managerial team who don’t ever want to call a patient back to discuss legitimate legal concerns!

Would not recommend if you have family members with disabilities or medical conditions that require actual doctor's care. Seems the doctors there only care about $$ but when it comes to caring for disabled patients or actually abiding under the oath that they took, all sanity goes out the window. Garth is the only doctor I recommend and I wish he would open his own practice away from this money hungry, uncaring Management.

Probably one of the most friendly general practices I've been to. The place has doubled in physical size since it first opened.

The patient waiting room is the most comfortable I've been to, "cozy" is how I would describe the atmosphere.

Doctors are competent and capable.

There's even a lego wall for the kids!

If you live in the area, I'd recommend making one of the doctor's here your regular GP.
