Highly rate! I’m a long covid patient, that was on long term sick leave, and was struggling with all the symptoms. My work with Caitlin has seen me return to work and gain back my life, so, so appreciative.

It was so beneficial having someone on my side, who translated what was happening with my body and brain, and why we we were doing what we were to get me back to life.

The emotional support and connection from Caitlin along with the programme….I’ll forever be thankful! Here is to living life again!!!

I live in a very remote and isolated rural part of the East Coast to travel to a city is a 3 hour trip in either direction. Since working with Specialised Health Pty Ltd (Caitlin) by way of zoom it has allowed me to concentrate on the exercises in my living room. I highly recommend this service to other veterans and those like me living in isolated communities.

I want to thank my wonderful EP Leanne Groves for all the amazing advice, support and directions she has given me since she took over my case.

I am a Registered Nurse and have been off work for over a year now for Long Covid which I unfortunately contracted at work. I had been to the Long Covid Clinic at Wesley Hospital as well as with the Respiratory Rehab team at Logan Hospital before Specialised Health took over my care.

At first I did not understand the whole process of wearing the Polar watch as well as checking my HRV every morning. My scores were all over the place and most of them do not correspond with my actual symptoms. I was lost, frustrated and angry to do something which I did not even understand! I wasn’t just fighting my physical symptoms, but my psychological and emotional burdens as well caused by this daily monitoring.

Then came Leanne and with just one session which was our first, it felt like “the parting of the Red Sea.” With her simple yet very clear examples and explanations, I now understand the purpose of doing all these therapy. I also admired how she puts things in perspective in a fun yet realistic way (THE RAINBOW JUG ?), which not only empowers me to take back control against and to manage my current illness, but also to enjoy life once again.

I can’t thank Leanne enough for everything she has done for me. I know I’m still a long way from recovery but with Leanne as my EP, I am now confident with my treatment.

In my profession, I have met so many clinical and medical personalities over the years but only very few stood out like Leanne. Not only she is excellent in interacting with clients, she also makes being professional empathetic and not intimidating. I hope Leanne will be recognised by Specialised Health as a very important asset in their team.
