I got an urgent walk in appointment straight away. I found the receptionists and the doctor very helpful and professional. It was a very unexpected pleasant experience in a day that had been difficult. I followed the doctor's (a young female doctor), very wise advice and received a positive outcome. We have always found Dr Spencer to be very caring. He really listens to your concerns and explains treatment options clearly. After the recent passing of my husband, he was very empathetic and compassionate. I left feeling that he genuinely cared.

Clean, hygienic, well spaced waiting area. The receptionist was amazing as I was unwell so dribbling, not quite sure I was making sense. However I wasn’t seen as indifferent which was refreshing. Doctor was punctual and thorough at a time where I was desperate for medical help. Dr Zayar gave me the support I needed to start the road to wellness after my usual doctor had refused to see me, over an overlooked missed payment. Having become quite ill without medication I am so glad I reached out to Sydney Street Medical, I highly recommend.

At the reception they have been very kind to us, on that point I am happy, but it is the second time we have treated our son with Dr. Hasan and she is totally disrespectful, she treats us with contempt for not knowing how to speak English well, she makes bad faces for every question we have when we pay for a service which she must provide with kindness or simply doing her job but not in a conceited manner and despising us for being foreigners! Being that she is an immigrant just like us! The two times he served us he spoke to us and treated us the same way! I am totally disgusted and disagree that such a professional performance! Obviously we behaved correctly because we needed the prescriptions for our son who was sick! But we won't go back to that place! Nobody is better than anyone else and we must respect!

There is many amazing doctors here, personally I have 3 that I see (Jeff, Htet, Thu) and they always listen, work with you, and explain what's going on. Some of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of being a client of.

Even the doctors I don't visit personally, many of my friends and family say the same things about the other doctors in the clinic too.

The staff at the front desk also do an amazing job.

Every part of this clinic is professional and worth many commendations. I've been going here for years and have no second thoughts about going anywhere else, I feel that i am in safe, capable hands.

Hope to see this practice and its staff for a long time to come.

I’ve finally found the doctors I’ve been searching for! I’ve been going to Sydney St Medical for the past 6 months. My daughter sees Dr Shuren Taylor and is absolutely amazing with her. Dr Taylor is the first Dr to help with my daughters issues that have had positive results. I have been seeing Dr Phillipa Collins who is literally the best doctor I’ve ever seen for myself. Both Doctors are extremely thorough, caring and empathetic. I’ve ALWAYS left the doctors feeling confident and assured my issues have been taken seriously and I’ve been heard! The reception staff and nurses are very professional and polite. Couldn’t ask for a better health team to be honest. Thank you!!

I thought I had at last found a caring and motivated doctor but sadly Dr Taylor showed incredibly unprofessional behaviour today. I went to her after months of visiting her surgery seeking pain relief - today I presented a detailed document requesting a referral to a pain specialist - outlining exactly why, what proof we had to support our theory etc.
Dr Taylor immediately became rude to my daughter who was joining in by phone - she then became hostile to me and stated (in a nutshell) I did not trust her, that she is right and I am wrong (about a condition I have lived with for 25 years)
She refused to even look at the letter despite both of us requesting her to read it and terminated me as a patient - "I will not be dictated to by relatives or Dr Google" - despite not even looking at our research and anecdotal evidence.
Bottom line - don't appear to challenge her and you will be fine. If you advocate too much for yourself then maybe not so much.

Oh and don't go near Dr Hasan she is dreadful!!!!!!! I saw her once and never went back what a rude horrible doctor - surely the managers at the clinic know how bad she is?
