Checking for a new GP clinic and wasn't a good confidence inspiring experience. One visit was plenty. High levels of mental defectiveness from staff, low level functionality, admin abuse styles from GP.

I attended recently with a Sport Injury specializing GP, he looked at my foot, gave it a couple of prods and stated it was a torn ligament, no scans, told me keep moving my foot, strapping not entirely necessary. I then went to my GP when available, she got me to do scans and it came back as an Avulsion Fracture (torn ligament with a bit of bone) I now have a moonboot on to stabilize the injury. So much for a being sport injury specialist, I may not have fractured my ankle in sports, but you'd think he'd do the basics of x-ray/scans.

Unfortunately i have not had very good experience here, i recently went to one doctor for pregnancy related reasons and complications and he did not even give me my results or due date after my ultrasound follow up and i was in there for about 2 minutes. I have never had a nice encounter with Yolanda at reception she is incredibly rude and it’s very disheartening when you come to these people for help it’s such a shame because the other admin are always so lovely and attentive. I have had a consult with Dr. Drigo and she answered all my questions and is absolutely fantastic! I don’t want to stop coming here because it’s a great practice just hate feeling like i have to walk on eggshells just because of some staff there.

I recently visited the city super clinic ooralea Mackay practice and wanted to share my experience.while I appreciate the medical care provided by the doctor, I was disappointed with the level of customer service from the admin staff.

Despite the doctor running half an hour late, my primary concern is the way the admin staff handled the situation, especially considering I had two kids under two with me. The lack of communication and empathy from the staff during the wait was disheartening.

Regrettably, after the admin staff spoke to me rudely, I found myself drained of energy and patience. This lack of understanding and professionalism further detracted from the overall experience. Clear communication and more compassionate approach during such circumstances would have made a significant difference in the outcome.

While I have been a patient at this Practice for many years and have appreciated the medical care provided by the doctors. This recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and empathy demonstrated during this visit led me to the decision that our family will not be returning to this practice in the future.
I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in customer service and communication.

Reception staff were so welcoming and helpful - both on the phone, when I booked, and face to face for admission. Dr Tatiane was extremely thorough and patient, completing assessment tasks to find out what the issue was. She was empathic and clearly explained what was wrong and gave simple and detailed instructions on management and how to use medication appropriately. Professional, kind and supportive people in an excellent medical practice. I would highly recommend this Practice to any future patients.

Smiles at the reception gets the consultation off to a great start. Nurses are exceptional and right up there with the best I’ve ever encountered. Doctors put you at ease and very professional, as doctors are!

Had an appointment at the flu clinic today. Made the appointment on Tuesday. Waiting only 5 minutes once I rang to say I had arrived. Dr was very thorough and very nice. He was masked up and behind a Perspex barrier while seated and on the computer. I rang to pay over the phone after the drs visit but he had Bulk billed me for my appointment. Overall very efficient service that kept me away from the general public in the waiting area at the drs surgery.
