One stop medical all team of is Amazing. I been seeing them last 7 years. My Regular GP is Doctor Ritam. He put his time to diagnose my issues or health problems and treatment according to issues. Also advised time to time regular routine check reminders by text or call. It good community service provides by One stop team.

Awesome doctors and great staff members. Dr Ritam Jain goes above and beyond when dealing with multiple issues that my children have had or are going through. He is supportive, caring and will continue to look into any concerns they may have. The admin staff at the counter, to the nurses behind the scenes you are exceptional! Whilst on a 2 month holiday from the UK travelling Australia I unfortunately needed to see a Dr . I was extremely fortunate to find Dr Rachel Bidgood! She was so caring, kind, thorough, professional and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt totally as ease. I had a MRI scan the next day and results within a couple of days. I was then able to enjoy the rest of my trip. I can't thank her enough. It was certainly the best consultation I have ever had! I would move to Australia just to have her as my Dr! Changed to this practice a year or so ago, and cannot fault the care and attention I get, when I need it. Easy booking system, never waiting for days or weeks for appointments. Always seen quickly and efficiently.
Dr Ritam has the best approach to men's health I've ever experienced in seeing any of my previous G.P's. Doesn't fob you off, listens and is always ready to explore options and treatments no matter what you have going on. The E- Script system is fantastic too. I'm a busy business owner and didn't have time to wait an hour late for an appointment any more. Do yourself a favour and change Doctors, I am reassured that there are good G.P's! Thanks Doctor Ritam and One stop staff! You are always there when I need you, perfect!

What a professional GP practice. I entered as a new patient and was impressed by the professionalism of all the team. Dr Rachel Bidgood and her team were thorough, professional and persistent in getting my ear unblocked. Thank you for your care and attention in restoring my ear's function again ... and swimming will have to take a break for a while ... following good doctor's orders ;-).
