I always had an excellent experience with Dr. Gulraiz Ahmed. He is a highly knowledgeable and compassionate doctor who took the time to listen to me and address my concerns thoroughly. His professional yet friendly approach made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment. The clinic staff was also very helpful and efficient, making the entire process smooth.

Every appointment averages a 1hr wait time by the afternoon. I confronted "Dr" Shahid Ali about sorting out such a basic problem. Apparently its "impossible to solve".

I'm sorry, but it doesn't take a genius to realise what's going on when you're booking everyone into 10 minute time slots and it takes 15-20 minutes in-between every patient.. Bulk billed or not. Have some respect for your patients and learn to understand 20 minutes does not fit into 10. you're not losing money by making people wait less.

But really.. who am I kidding.. If they cant grasp the basics of time. What makes me think they'll grasp common sense either. The only reason this medical centre exists is because no one wants to pay for a doctors appointment for things we should be able to get over the counter at the chemist. If you actually have genuine medical issues. Do yourself a favour and go to a proper doctor. Not here.

I saw Dr. Gulriaz Ahmed at this clinic. He is always approachable. He has a great sense of humour. He listens to concerns and is quick at making treatment plans and scheduling follow-ups. We need more Doctors like Dr Ahmed. Dr Shasti is a great Doctor too. He is thorough and non biased as well. He takes his time to understand your reason for visiting him.

I have been attending Redbank Plains Family Health Centre for over 7years since moving to the area.
I find I am treated with the respect I deserve, have established a professional and caring rapport with the Health Professionals and other staff. They are courteous and warm, ensuring patient well-being even when some things are not in the scope of the attend visit.
I once attended the clinic on an emergency basis after having had an accident with my angle grinder. Full treatment was swift, reassuringly appropriate considering my distress.
The daily visits for dressings were done immediately and no waiting time for these attendances. Importantly having had a 38 year career as a Registed Nurse , I knew I was in professional hands, unable to find fault.
I like this centre as other para medical
services are all in the Town square. Pathology , Medical Imaging and Physiotherapy very close by.

The surgery clearing advertises Skin Cancer Checks on their building, so I made an appointment. Saw the doctor only to be told it is quicker and easier to go next door and have my check done there. Why advertise something if your doctors do not carry out such checks. Absolutely disgraceful and a waste if my time. Yes thus surgery may be Bulk billing, however the patients health checks should be taken seriously and not rushed. I feel this surgery is just ripping off Medicare.

I'd visited this practice today and to get seen by a doctor. As I'd arranged for an appointment which was for 13.50pm.

To my surprise I was seen looked after given great advice and the where toos from here. I am a very happy patient as the consult was carried out thoroughly and am proud to say keep up the good guys.

Nice Dr but unfortunately we were rushed through. My daughter has been unwell for few months with her tummy and all we got was to do bloods. Didn't check her abdomen or check for blood pressure or even use her stethoscope. Not even sure what the blood tests are for. So I don't think we will be back. Need a Dr that's thorough not chasing patients KPI numbers.

I visited this surgery today and I must say I’m very disappointed with the treatment and discrimination I received from Shahid Ali.
After insulting me and making me feel absolutely uncomfortable and unsatisfied. He then proceeded to send me an online pathology form for a full std check that I never requested I have absolutely never been so unfairly treated by a doctor in my entire life. I have been coming to this surgery got over 4 years now and I’ve never had an issue with a doctor here toll this unfair treatment. Please people of our community be careful when choosing a doctor as this one isn’t one to be recommend or seen.
