Dr Goyal is an exceptional GP. He has been very helpful regarding my medical conditions and is a warm and empathic human being. The receptionists have also been extremely polite and professional. I can’t praise this practice enough! I’m am shocked to read negative reviews relating to this practice.

The receptionist and Dr were able to squeeze us in, very last minute, saving us a trip to the ED, for which we were very grateful! Dr Goya was very lovely and thorough, and answered all my daughter’s questions. Would gladly recommend and return.

I was shocked to see a bad review about Gp Balasem. In my experience, she has always provided exceptional care and shown genuine compassion towards her patients. It's disheartening to see someone have a negative experience with such a dedicated and knowledgeable doctor. It's important to remember that sharing negative feedback should not harm people, especially those who work tirelessly to provide excellent care like Dr. B. My family members and I have been with her for years and have never had a problem. Let's all remember to grow up and think before harming others with our words. If you have a problem, it's important to communicate directly to the person or their manager with specific details for your feedback to be constructive, rather than just leaving a negative review without explanation.

Very disappointed to share that our recent experience with the female GP at this clinic (May 20th, 2024) fell short of our expectations.

While we have had very positive interactions with her in the past, her demeanour on our last visit was uncharacteristically unprofessional. She came across as condescending, dismissive, rude, and even incompetent .

As a patient, it's essential to feel heard, respected, and cared for. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling disheartened and uncertain about returning for follow-up appointments. I understand that healthcare professionals, like Dr. B, are not immune to stress and pressure, but it's crucial to maintain a high standard of care and compassion.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, and the clinic will consider addressing this issue to ensure all patients receive the dignity and respect they deserve, regardless of their ethnic background or beliefs.

We value and appreciate the importance of quality healthcare and hope to see improvements in the future.
