“Dr. Lakshmi Thasini was great with my dad—quick service and very attentive during the examination, putting a smile on his face. However, there was a small issue with a prescription that didn’t quite match his diagnosis, but thankfully, the doctor noticed it and took it back. Overall, pleased with the care and would consider seeing him again, just hope prescriptions are double-checked next time.”

Reception staff need to be more welcoming. Appointment was booked for 4.40pm wasn't seen till almost an hour later.
Had checked with Reception, it was like she was oblivious, had asked again who we were seeing, patients details etc.
She was too busy talking to the Pathology nurse who obviously didn't have much to do, the entire time they were just chatting.
To top it off it wasn't packed probably just one family in front of us.
Springfield Medical you need to be better, we have been coming here for years.
Dr Janshakar is always amazing, always attentive & supportive.

Usually always a good experience whenever I need to attend an appointment, just a little disappointed with the communication this time around. Went to pay for my appointment after as I always do, was told it was being bulk bullied, that was a nice surprise, so I go about my business and not ten minutes later I get a message that I owe $71 for my appointment. I’ve always understand that more than likely I would need to pay for my appointments. It just disappointing to be told that I don’t need to pay anything and then 10 minutes later getting a message that I do in fact have to pay. Otherwise, it was a great experience as always.

We have been to this medical practice before and had no issues, however, I am disappointed with the fact that we had to wait one hour for my 9yo son to be seen today when we made an appointment. There were walk ins that got seen before us and people that arrived after us that got seen and left while we were still waiting. Why accept appointments if you can't keep them? There was no mention of the wait time when we arrived and we happened to be "next in line" when I queried the receptionist about when we were going to be seen

I’ve just moved to Australia so trying to find a good GP is always important. I chose Springfield Medical and Dental Centre after reading some good reviews on here so thought I’d give them a go. I had my first visit yesterday with Dr Sumera Angus. She was great 😊 Very thorough and I felt listened too and not rushed. I’ve also seen a couple of the other doctors with my 2 year old daughter who were also pretty good. So far I’m happy with my experiences here and will be using them as my regular GP.

We travel 30 minutes to this clinic because the doctors, particularly Dr. Sharma, and the reception staff are outstanding. We've chosen not to move away from this area just to stay close to this practice, as we know we are treated as more than just a number or a pay cheque. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for the service we receive!

Ive been going to this medical centre for 4 years, and the service was great, and has slowly been in decline in recent times. Right now, I have been on Dr Ram's waitlist for a Telehealth for 2 days, as I have run out of medication, im stuck in another state, and im now going into withdrawal, in extreme pain. I am following the procedure the doctor has given me twice: When I get near the end of my medication, call, go on waitlist, advise the front desk to advise him that im on said waitlist, and he will call... But now he doesn't call, and the front desk has mostly been dismissive. If he doesn't call tomorrow, I will be going to the Office of The Health Ombudsman to make a complaint, that's if I'm not dead.
