Love coming and getting my treatments done here. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff but absolutely loved Amber who treated me most recently. She was so welcoming, caring and kind and did not miss anything. I really appreciated her stepping me through everything she would do and making me feel so comfortable during the treatment. Can't wait to go back and see her.

My laser treatment that I had in the last couple time, the therapist did it very well but I couldn’t see any result. Hair still grow up so quick, thick and so itchy.

I would kindly recommend to check on how Amrita did the setting as I always see the result after having a treatment with her.

I have one treatment left, I really don’t want to waste my money like in the last 2 times

I had a very disappointing experience today at Toowong Clinic during my laser session with Ainslie.The technician who worked on me was completely unprofessional. I’ve been getting laser treatments for years, including at reputable clinics like LCA, so I know how this procedure should be performed. Unfortunately, her work was far below standard.

She left many areas incomplete and performed the session carelessly. Despite mentioning multiple times that I wasn’t feeling any heat from the machine, she didn’t address my concerns. I was even afraid to keep insisting because I didn’t want her to get upset or accidentally harm me.

I am extremely dissatisfied, and I feel like my time and money were wasted. I spent over $100 on this session, and it feels like I threw my money in the trash. I strongly urge the clinic to improve the quality of their services and ensure their staff is properly trained.

Ebony is always so lovely at the front desk and is so sweet and friendly. She always has a smile on her face and makes me happy to be there for my appointment. The ladies who do the skin needling and facials are also so so lovely!

She walked me through everything in great detail and performed the procedure very well. i’m very happy and satisfied. 10/10 recommended

I visited this clinic earlier this year for a microdermabrasion and peel. The attached photos was my face afterwards. The therapist had quite clearly used a far too abrasive head for my skin resulting in severe scratching and abrasions - combined with a chemical peel over the top in the same session (yes, ouch). I had not had a chemical peel before but was advised by the therapist that the intense burning was normal. I soon realised that was not the case when I looked at my face when I got home. When I complained and did not hear back, I contacted the clinic and the therapist said that I was having an “extreme reaction” to the treatment itself (which is clearly not the case). They asked me to come back in to be assessed by the doctor and I said I would come in straight away but was told I couldn’t come back in at that time as they’re fully booked out and I would need to make an appointment over the next few days. Obviously I refused as that was not good enough. I managed to get a refund thankfully but I had to go to another clinic as soon as possible to get an LED treatment in an effort to avoid any scarring. I sent the receipt to Laser Clinics for reimbursement and have never received a response. 1/10.

I really like the clinic, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. clean and pleasant environment, easy parking, I have always been very well attended, the employees and manager are friendly and attentive, especially the employee Maria who does my hair removal sessions with great professionalism, punctuality and is a lovely and charismatic person! She recommended me some products sold at the clinic and I am using them and loving the results. I had a Botox session with Nurse Maddy and I loved it, she was extremely attentive, friendly and professional. She has a super light hand, I felt no pain! I am very satisfied with all the procedures I did at the clinic and with the service in general! Definitely recommend!
