I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the staff at Solvera, and that is coming from someone who had (before becoming a patient a few years back) lost a lot of faith in the community of local providers available to me and the treatment plans and options, or the ability to get well, etc. This office is well organized and really seems to care about everyone they work with, from the pharmacy to front end and administrative staff right on through to the support staff that follows up on the middle man med refills and follow up questions that so frequently get missed in larger offices. The providers have solved more medical issues and reduced more symptoms for me in the past few years than I have ever had else where, and I am truly appreciative for the new and different business model this clinic seems to truly have committed itself to! I also love the fact that I get advice on vitamins, supplements that they have available in house. And for the on site ultrasound abilities. Thanks Solvera and staff, you all make a difference to people trying to get and live a healthier life!

Dr Sauro is always very pleasant and easy to talk to. Some of the staff on the other hand were extremely rude to me on the phone. One of my medicines did not get called to the pharmacy after my visit. I called to get it straightened out and I was treated so rudley on the phone not once but several times. I enjoy seeing Dr Sauro but if this ever happens again I will no longer be a patron of Solvera health. How I was treated by staff was inexcusable, I was simply trying to get my medicine refilled.

Waited almost 3 hours past my appointment and missed another appointment in the process, and it happens all the time. Prepare for it to be an all day trip.

Didn't tell me about coming off a medication I've been on for a few months and have been ill for a week now.

Was in 3 times for the same issue that is still persisting, since November! And I can say that I've never had an anxiety attack at a doctor office or have been gaslighted.

Luckily, I have moved out of state. But now I feel hopeless and I'm afraid of going to the doctor now. ?

I had a hearing exam with Dr. Berry and had an outstanding experience. I was seen on time and the exam was very thorough. I arrived early and while waiting I observed staff treat all clients coming in with respect and dignity.

I am writing this review from the surgical ICU, where my grandmother is after an appointment with Dr. Gilbert. He decided to lance and drain what he thought was an abscess on her back end, but it was actually a hernia, therefore he perforated her bowel. For context, my grandmother has abnormal anatomy from multiple previous surgeries related to abdominal cancer, all of which are on her medical records. It is also quite obvious to see when looking at her. While it could’ve been an “honest mistake”, every practitioner that has seen her since has said that they would’ve been much more cautious given her history. Every doctor and nurse that has helped care for her since has been astonished to find out how she ended up here. I realize that he meant no harm, but his mistake has put her in danger, and I feel that everyone should be aware of this so it never happens again.

Dr Sauro was very kind and knowledgeable. Love being able to have tele visits rather than the long ride to Peoria. All the staff were excellent. Praying he’s found the problem and all gets better!

My experience was ANYTHING BUT "great." First of all, I was told I had an appointment with a physician and was given a nurse practitioner instead. She had to be the rudest person with whom I have ever interacted and insisted on routing me to their "addiction specialist" for pain management, HER ATTITUDE HAD TO BE FROM EITHER CHICAGO OR OTHER NON-LOCAL. I don't use anything to which I might be addicted, and this added insult to rudeness. She kept twisting my words and kept inaccurately saying I was "demanding drugs," and she even had a student with her to witness the transactions. POOR STUDENT!

The entire experience with Shronda Phillips FNP, was a disaster. She stated she was sensitive to people's energies but that she did all things through Jesus. We are a gay couple and also gave us prayer cards. Instead of writing facts in our medical records she wrote how what we said made her feel or what she thought we meant. Example; I stated it would be difficult for me st recommend Solvera to others after the multiple mistakes she had made. Thankfully the case manager Amy Brown was there to hear the conversation because Sharonda Phillips left and wrote in my medical file I threatened to basically bad mouth her and Solvera if she didn't do as I wanted. That was never stated and verified by the case manager. I cannot in good conscience recommend Sharonda Phillips FPN but I did however meet Dr. Dr. Gilbert and he was very professional and Austin the pharmacist was outstanding, professional and I would recommend him highly to anyone as I would Case manager Amy Brown. She stopped medication after a cardiac specialist recommended I stay on them and didn't know the possible issues another medication she prescribes regularly could cause quote" of the top of her head" which I and another person in the room actually knew. I feel it to be pure ignorance that she would prescribe medication she doesn't know about. The facility itself with a kind of one stop for everything including acupuncture, physical therapy, primary care would be wonderful if done right but I cannot and will not ever recommend Sharonda Phillips FPN to the LGBTQ+ community and would go so far as suggesting I believe no one LGBTQ+ or otherwise should be subjected to her.
