The support I’ve been receiving from my psychologist so far has been great but the administrative side of things has been disappointing. I’ve been dealing with unacknowledged clerical errors and ongoing lack of communication, which has been highly stressful. Considering a large volume of clientele will likely be struggling with ADHD management, this needs to get better.

In 2023, I was referred to Dr Theodoratos to consider an ADHD diagnosis. Whilst I had no difficulty with the diagnosis, I was reticent to work with a psychiatrist as I was concerned that the conversation would solely relate to medication. Instead, I found Dr Theodoratos took considerable time to discuss with me a well-rounded approach to understanding and living well with the diagnosis. From diet and exercise, to coaching and mindfulness, Dr Theodoratos walked me through an approach that went well beyond medication. From there, he offered support in considering medication options, ensuring I was healthy in all respects. I have found his approach to patient care to be calm, reassuring and very approachable. Having now spent several months living with the support plan, my experience of life has been all the better for his expertise and support.
