We came to the centre at closing time, presenting as an emergency. The team there could have easily sent us away, as the Doctor had packed up and was ready to leave for the day. However the front desk team listened with compassion and helped us and were able to get the Doctor to treat my daughter. They didn’t have to help in the way they did, and I am so grateful for their kindness.

Dr. Tam from Clayfield Medical Centre ,has been my GP for this past 12 years. Dr Tam is very thorough caring and professional. She has been treating and supporting me over the different Health challenges in this period. I would recommend Dr Tam or any of the other doctors in this practice.

For the past five years, Dr. Connor has been my rock. After he left his previous clinic, I panicked, but finding him again was a blessing.

I have been going here since 2021, occasionally, dr jason wu incorrectly fills out paper work. Usually he will fix this. It doesn't matter how polite you are to them, the reception and manager are rather rude, i would say narcissistic, they don't always forward emails, even when you call. They have held the reissue of my documents for ransom, in return for removing bad reviews. I don't care how long i have to wait for appointments or how rude the reception is, it's the intentional interfering with the progress of my situation, due the spiteful nature of the vindictive staff.

But it's not an error, it's something i contacted your staff about everyday for over a week. And you still haven't fixed the problem, that i paid for, you've basically stolen from me. Twice. You re a thief. Your replies are just an excuse for your unprofessional conduct.
Tardy, rude, harassment, theft, extortion, sabotage, blame shifting, general incompetence, this describes clayfield medical centre.
