Wonderful advice and a great variety of vitamins minerals and some fresh local produce. The staff are very knowledgeable with all aspects of your health. Beautiful teas, essential oils, salt lamps and a lovely kind atmosphere. This long term local business is such an asset to our town 🙏🏼

Every time I go looking for a specific and or sort after product these guys always seem to have it!
Don’t underestimate the size of their store they have A LOT and always the very best quality products..ones that can sometimes be very hard to find let alone find in stock!!

Got my shampoo and conditioner here, which are usually difficult to find in stores. They only had two left, so put them aside for me to collect as I live outside of town. They also have click and collect facility on their website. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice little shop, not many other items I would buy in here, but that is just me. Really depends on each person and what they're after.
