Dr. Berry and Dr. Patel are so wonderful caring and very thorough. You can expect them to most likely figure out what's going with your health. I have been a patient for many years. Also the staff are super helpful and very friendly. Thank you Springfield clinic. I always know I am in good care at any of the facilities. It's nice that the doctor can explain things to me in terms I understand and make it easy to learn about your condition answering all your questions along the way plus some you may not even have thought of!! Couldn't ask for a better place!

Everyone was kind and courteous. My wait to see the audiologist was not long. I found my doctor Beth to be personable and knowledgeable. She talked and listened to me with attention and respect. Thank you and your staff.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Corbin is also friendly and helpful. He was patient and listened to everything I had issues with. He answered my questions as well so I could understand it. Great job all of you at Springfield Clinic West!!!!

The physicians are great BUT the new phone system is horrible! I may withdraw my care so I don't have to deal with it. I was just told "you might call the doctor's office today to get on the list for a call back."
