Was sent here for a care plan from my doctor. Rang and made an appointment and was told it would be $165.00. Had the appointment my feet were scanned for shoe inserts and was promptly charged $355.00. I had another appointment so I could receive my shoe inserts and was then told I would need another appointment in a month. No problems except when I went to the front desk I was hit with a bill for $550.00. at no time during the first appointment was I given a quote nor advised that there would be more to pay. This was supposed to be a care plan through my doctor. Advanced Footcare were given all the forms and paperwork on my first visit but apparently lost them. I cannot recommend this business.

Always courteous and efficient staff at front counter. Their reminder methods prior to appointments are so helpful as often appointments are spaced far apart. Sophie is so professional and goes that extra mile with friendly advice and confidence. Can’t fault! Great service! Thank you team !

Very disappointed with the service they gave my mother

Arrived and realised big gutter out front as mum has feet problems steps and walking are a problem, I went inside to inform them we are here, please give us a little time to come in. The lady at desk looked at me speaking in a condescending manner and said “ if she’s not in on time you will have to rebook, the podiatrist is very busy and fully booked out for months” we still had 10 mins before the appointment.

I assisted mum up the step and we were in just before the appointment time. I told them as a courtesy so they knew we were here.

Went in mum advised me the appointment will take 1hr as she was told for her first appointment and it will cost $105 with $56 back.

Greeted the podiatrist she was nice but i feel like she didn’t do enough she checked pulse and circulation in the feet and sensory test which all up took approximately 10mins we were out in less than 30mins and she said see you in 6 months

When speaking to the doctor we wanted podiatrist for toe nail cutting and foot health we definitely will be not going back when little was done for the amount of money it cost.

I myself am a support worker and never seen so little done.

I received good customer service, I received the care I needed without going through the whole process, so my visit was not so drawn out without all the unnecessary testing, results were positive.the girls out the front are always pleasant and helpful. Will see you in twelve months time, have a good year.
