First time visit to Specsavers at Hinkler inside the shopping centre was the Specsaver site.

I was their early and they saw me within five minutes of being there. Did the eye test and pictures of my eye, which was simple and easy and just to cover me they did a perception test as well. They offer a hearing test as part of their service now too.

Specsavers everyone was very helpful and I was well happy with how they do their testing and services. I first used their services in the UK, Australia is as there overseas stores.

I will go back to this store for their awesome customer service and people skills.

The staff were so kind fitting me in on a weekend when I had an issue with my contact lenses. They resolved my issue and then even booked in a follow up appointment to check in on me the week later. Such kind staff despite being super busy 🙂

Such friendly, helpful service.
Explained everything about eye health and suggestions to help with my dry eyes.
There is a wide selection of glasses to choose from and try on, with honest opinions on how they look from the amazing assistant.

Lost sight suddenly possibly due to shampoo. Staff saw me straight away, checked for causes and damage, gave me drops to apply hourly and a follow up appointment. Caring and professional.

This is a horrible shop after getting glasses 2 pairs one was did to there liking not mine with anti-glare that fogs up and goes cloudy the glasses broke screw fell out I took them back and said these are no good they are broken always fogged up in an area high humidity and they give me headaches I can't seenits blurry I have to hold my phone arms length to see the writing on a big screen phone. She told me flat out no money back we send the glasses away all the time to be fixed she put a new screw in they broke specsavers warranty states if I'm unhappy and I'm suffering headaches from these glasses so I'm very unhappy I want my money back to get the right glasses I need. Ithe management of this shop at hinkler needs new staff and a formal complaint is going to head office if this shop at bundaberg don't listen then department of fair trading will make them listen and specsavers warranty is just a scam they lie and rude and don't listen.

We had a fantastic experience bringing our 10 year old daughter to the Hinkler store for the first time to have an eye test and purchase glasses.

The staff were very friendly and kind to our daughter, who was initially a little apprehensive. The optometrist we saw, Brooke, was super friendly and explained the process in a way my daughter would understand, which was lovely of her to do. She was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Leanne was also amazing - she was so knowledgeable and caring. The store was busy during our appointment and so we were conscious to not take up too much time in store, but Leanne spent time recommending glasses to my daughter and checking how each pair fit her face.

Thank you for wonderful and caring customer service 🙂 The value for money was great too. We'll be loyal customers, thank you!

A very nice experience from the optimetrist and the front line staff. I go 3 sets of frames for the same price after private health that i normally get from Opsm. Service and testing was excellent
