Cardiologist and techs are good, wait time is acceptable, rooms presentable and clean. I have found reception staff lacking (esp at public hospital rooms) but today were polite.

Took my mum for an appointment today. At the check in confirmed all details correct. On leaving paid for appointment $300 later, then when booking next one was told we will be charged at pension rate (almost half the price). I asked if today's appointment could be charged at pension rate and the admin lady simply said to late it's been processed. Incompetent is an understatement. If you have confirmed all these details at appointment check in you would expect to be charged correctly. Very disappointed in the lack of care shown by the receptionist.

Firstly, the Doctors & their medical staff are top notch and have kept me on the right side of the grave for years, no complaints there, but seriously you guys that man the phones and do the bookings are hopeless, you don't return calls and you don't reply to emails!

I work at sea and have been in Port Darwin for 4 days and have been trying to contact you ever since we arrived, we sail again tomorrow at 5am and i won't be back for another 10 days, we don't have phone service out at sea!

I will be back in Bundaberg on the 18th of May and need to make sure i have an appointment, I'm only home for five weeks and I need to have a health check by my Cardiologist so i can keep my Licence and earn a living................!

Do you even read your reviews? Do you even care? If I ran a business like this i would deserve to go bankrupt, totally unprofessional!

Dr Conradie and his team, as well as the staff at the Friendlies Hospital, go above and beyond to do their very best whilst giving the best of care and attention to each patient and their families. Could not recommend them highly enough for how they looked after my Mum, in difficult circumstances, and treated us with respect and compassion. A wonderful team of people.

Cardiologists and Technicians are all amazing! Have seen quite a number of them over the past few years, all have been great.... BUT, you can never get through to them on the phones... like EVER! I'm now at week 3 of being sent to a voicemail after loooong waits on the phone with the promise that they will return the call within 24 business hours, but as yet have not received a call back.
I will have to drive into town to speak with someone as we a holter prior to surgery in, and we are running out of time.
PLEASE get more phone lines, or employ someone to return calls. Our situation is not life threatening l, but I am sure that is not the case for all.
