Flora was great taking my bloods this morning(28/2/24). I was a bit of a problem child, cos the first lady couldn't get a vein. So she then sent me to Flora at Hinkler and Flora had it done and dusted in 5mins. Highly recommend Flora doing your blood draws. And for those complaining, maybe it was you. Because Flora was lovely with me, had a little chat and a bit of a laugh.

Literally drove to the other side of town after work and arrived at 10 minutes to 4pm, the lady let in an elderly gentleman (right infront of me) and then shut the door between him and I and locked it infront of my face. They weren't closed, work just wasn't convenient. Disappointing
