Dr. Jenkins is an amazing man. He helped me accomplish something within one hour that no one has been able to do in my 30 years of life.

Emily is an absolute life saver. I told her how desperate I was, and she did everything she could to get me in as quickly as possible. She's an absolute gem.

I have nothing negative to say about anyone at this clinic. People need to remember how under the pump our mental health system is and appreciate the hard work these people put in for us every day.

I have been a patient of Dr Jenkins for 20 years. He’s an amazing doctor who has helped me with my mental health issues for a long time. To be honest if it wasn’t for him and his duty of care over me I would not be here today. I now have my mental health issues mostly sorted and managed to give up drinking alcohol a the click of my finger. Have not had a drink except a glass of champagne on a special occasion for 12 years. This family business really needs more credit for what they do for mental health in the Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast and Central Queensland area (pretty sure he travels up and down for many clients). I cannot express enough how the work of one man can change the course of one person' s life. Dr Jenkins without a doubt is the reason I am still here. I am now 44 but had been seeing him on and off for over 10 years, I now live in Melbourne but cannot express how much I wish he was practicing here. Professional and caring but above all he makes a difference, he saved me from what I thought I couldn't survive... you are a busy psychiatrist but the best, one in a million, thankyou for treating me for as long as you did. We live in a world were we are quick to say the bad and not the good, and Dr Jenkins was more than good, he was exceptional.!!

Not impressed at all. I took my elderly father who is 82 who had a stroke many years ago, which had affected his speech but he can still talk, just takes more time, my father's G.P says is Dysplasia from the stroke and now has very early dementia. I took my father to him to get assistance as my father didn't have a power of attorney and we needed to put something in place, my father has moved from Brisbane. He said that Dad had capacity to make his own Will through the Public Trust, but then does a report to QCAT/Public Trust saying he cannot make his own decions, what a Hypocritical thing to do to a person who still has capacity to make his own decions. Would not recommend to anyone. You have been a detrament to my father's health. You get paid $200 plus a visit and my father and I were with you all of 5-10 minutes.

Not a very wasy clinic to get in contact with, never return phone calls and have shown up to appointments and they have actually been closed. Overall experience not so good lately... Also receptionist can be quiet rude if you go in to try and book appointments because they don't answer phone calls.

Scott Jenkins is amazing. Far superior to any other psychiatrist I have seen in this area. The only real problem is that he is the only alternative to the mental health unit at the hospital and that makes him very popular and appointments scarce.

Dr Jenkins is an excellent Psychiatrist, The location of his office can be difficult to find; it is down the internal corridor with the main entrance to the office being in a separate foyer sliding door which then leads to the reception.
