Dr Nimmy Chrishanthan is an excellent GP. She is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. She is one of the very few doctors who truly care about their patients, and takes the time to understand the patients needs. I can comfortable say Dr Nimmy Chrishanthan is the most well rounded and best GP I have encountered.

I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by Dr Nimmy Chrishanthan. A close relative displaying mental health issues is now in a better place all because of Dr Nimmy’s kind heart and perseverance in directing this person to the right channels. She spent hours visiting out of business hours and on weekends. She remained calm amidst resistance and sometimes abusive behaviour and tried her very best to seek help. This person although cannot be treated for mental health due to prolonged neglect, Dr Nimmy’s involvement has given them a better quality of life with a psychiatrist visiting and monitoring their condition regularly. It has also been possible for this person to obtain assistance from the NDIS and all this has only been possible due to Dr Nimmy’s involvement. She provided her professional services with no monetary benefit especially for her visits out of hours and on weekends which sometimes lasted several hours. Dr Nimmy is a compassionate and caring doctor. Thank you Dr Nimmy for everything you did. God bless you.

I have been attending this clinic for eighteen months and have been very impressed by the professional care and excellent attention I have received. Dr Nimmy Chrishanthan has been extremely helpful and always willing to spend time with me to discuss any health issues. She has a friendly, caring attitude and is able to provide expert advice.
It is very convenient to be able to use the services of the other health professionals attached to the clinic
Visiting the clinic is a pleasant experience as the staff are always polite and helpful
Appointments are on time and there is plenty of parking.

This practice does not offer good service or patient care. The receptionists do bare minimum to keep patients updated and in organising appointments. The doctor, Nimmy, provides minimal medical advice and does not do the best for her patients. The practice received my X-ray for a sinus scan on a Monday, and I didn't receive any notification that this X-ray was recieved by the practice or any call to book an appointment. When asking the receptionist why I wasn't notified, she replied "we don't call anyone without Dr Nimmy's consultation". So I asked "Is this the case with every scan? Does the doctor have to notify the receptionist on every call she makes?" The receptionist gave me a smug look and said "Whatever, just talk to Nimmy about it". After telling Nimmy she simply smiled and continued with her work. During the consultation she barely addressed my concerns and didn't explain any of the medical procedures sufficiently.

Dr Nimmy Chrishanthan should not be a doctor. She not only lied about completing a mental health care plan for me, she was also insensitive and judgmental. When I was suffering a nervous breakdown after a traumatic event and came to her for advice and support she offered the opposite of patient care. When I had concerns for my wellbeing and told her I should not be alone she suggested I 'go for a walk' and 'just relax', and insinuated that my suffering was my own fault due to poor life choices. She wrote the phone number of a hotline down and could not get me out of there fast enough. There some doctors out there who fundamentally lack empathy and people skills. She is one of them.

I have had a poor experience with this practice and staff. My mother had sliced her hand open, something that needed fairly urgent medical attention, but not serious enough to need to go to the emergency department. I rang ahead to the practice to let them know we were coming, 15 mins before closing, and we were turned away because 'they were closed'. Such poor patient care, we weren't offered any alternatives, and little consideration for something that needed prompt attention. Wouldn't be able to trust this practice if your life depended on it. Would definitely NOT recommend it to anyone
