I don't usually write reviews, but the attention has been incredible. It is one of the few medical centers that receives new patients in Bundy, they make you feel very good from the moment you enter their facilities. My family has the best GP, Dr. Paula, she really cares about our health. Very professional in the care she give to our family. Especially the experience with our 9 month old baby who was preemie and needs special care and follow-ups, has been fantastic.

Fantastic service and a fantastic lady Doctor who has looked after me many times. All negative feedback from others here was during a time when this clinic was snowed under giving covid vaccinations to literally thousands of people. I think the feedback is unwarranted about phones being too busy etc. I trust these experts essentially with my life and their advanced cameras have saved me a world of pain by not needing the biopsies I would have needed to have elsewhere.

A horrible, upsetting experience!!! Went for results of biopsies with Dr. Paula and received bed news with the need for 1 minor and 2 major procedures. I was then showed photos of what my leg would look like after the op ( a raw rolled roast!). I was in shock and frightened, especially, as I explained to her that I had had a previous bad experience with a skin clinic. I was told the top man would do it, then five minutes later that she would be doing it under supervision having not done it before. I said I would have to go home and think it through and talk to my family at which point she showed annoyance and stated that “ she had found them!”
At 5.15 that afternoon I received a phone call from Dr. Paula suggesting that I not come back and that she had booked me into the public hospital! Without consulting me? and knowing that I had top private health cover? I didn’t expect that sort of anger from a professional! Just because I needed a day to think! I am also halfway through treatment on my face so I guess I have to take that somewhere else as well. Thankfully, my GP has booked me in with a competent surgeon, but what a traumatic day. I think the pictures of Jesus should be removed from reception rooms until SOME level of compassion and empathy is brought into practice.
Don’t ever let someone bully you into a quick decision! It is your life and in your control!

I've been under a number of doctors at this facility, Dr Paula is thorough investigating all aspects of what a cause to a medical problem might be. The nursing staff and girls at the front desk are a credit to their profession and help in every way possible, even bringing a smile to the grumpiest of patients, well most. Keep up the great work, you're all very much appreciated.

I sent my elderly mum there to have her psoriasis looked at as she has been using the same cream for 25yrs. The so called Dr didn’t even look at the psoriasis, said psoriasis has no cure and gave her a prescription. Hard enough to get my terminally ill mum to go to a Dr let alone actually get her there. Do not recommend the dermatologist here at all.

This is my where my regular GPs practice. I am surprised that I did not receive any message that this practice is now open only Monday to Thurdsay. I am ill and trying to get medical attention. 🙃
