Well Experienced dentist, Dr Raghad was the best dentist I have ever had, down to earth great customer service skills, pity he is not at this clinic anymore.
Dr Ghazan Yousafzai is now my dentist at this practice, he is amazing and a really good dentist the person centred care he provides for my oral health is 1st class. Dr Ghazan is easygoing and approachable, I hope he stays with this team for many years to come and my other favourite person here is their office manager, beautiful lady great customer service skills.
If you visit this place ask for Dr Ghazan.
Also I like the goodie bag they always give me after my appointment.

We have lots of excellent Pharmacies in town and being a frequent flyer I’ve been to several, but I just wanted to publicly acknowledge Tim, Polly, Brooke, Jo , Nadia, Payman and all of the other beautiful staff at this pharmacy. They really look after your best interests with compassion and care and I appreciate it very much, I’m grateful for their professionalism and their kindness. My strong advice is to avoid the dental practice at all costs. I arrived on time for a scheduled first time appointment and approached the reception counter. A person there was tapping a keyboard and, without looking up, simply said "I'm busy!" in an unpleasant tone. I still had not said a word at this point and took a step backwards wondering if I really should remain in this environment. Moments later an old person at the opposite end of the counter bellowed "YOU RIGHT" in my direction. I then advised of my appointment time. That person went on to smart-mouth me, seemingly looking to play a game of one-upman-ship. It was very clear to me that neither of these people know anything about acceptable customer service standards and will surely continue to offend others. I naturally felt incensed by this rudeness and made it a point to notify the professional once in the dental room. This person listened to me in silence. Once I was finished, he simply started talking about my dental issues as though he either didn't hear what I had said, or simply didn't care. Either way I felt let down. The whole operation in there smacks of 'couldn't give a rats - it's just a pay-packet', yet they charge like wounded buffaloes. Even the in-room assistant showed odd behavior at times...right in front of the MAN! They wont get another $ out of me. There's better in this town. Pains me to give one star.
