Settle in for a wait cause even if you get an early morning appointment you will likely be sitting around for an hour.

Reception staff are usually friendly, and the nurses are all great, doctors are hit and miss. You will be hard pressed to find a dr that cares to listen. It's usually get you in and out (makes you wonder how they run so far behind all the time)

Modern, efficient, friendly practice.

Handy having both GP and nurse appointments, as well as pharmacy downstairs.

I find it easier to park on the verge off Gininderra Drive than to drive in via the boomgate, take a ticket, and then remember to get that ticket validated at that admin desk to avoid paying.

I've never had any major issues with the doctors, and appreciate the time and attention that Dr Malik spends on her patients. However, I was disappointed with the customer service received from the receptionist team following my last visit. I was told that the clerk had ticked “manual rebate” on my payment and that this would result in my Medicare rebate coming through later in the evening.

The next week I’d not seen my money or heard any update so I called Ochre. I was told that due to a system error I had not received my rebate and I would need to file a claim myself via Medicare/MyGov.

I received no apology, even when I pointed out that it was problematic that I had needed to check my bank on a regular basis to determine the status of my rebate.

As a business that works with a diverse group of people, including older members of the community, placing our rebates behind technological barriers is not appropriate.

In future, please update your clients if there have been any issues in processing their entitlements to ensure that their essential health services remain accessible.

The doctor was good. In terms of medical treatment, this place is fine, however the management and reception here is quite the opposite.

Your appointment will be late, guaranteed. Usually by at least an hour. I've had mistakes with processing my forms and the receptionists are often very snappy and unfriendly.

I think this place has taken on too many patients, and it can't keep up.

They need to accept less patients in one day and schedule gaps between appointments so that late running is catered for.

Great clinic, with lots of doctors available with different specialisations and nice receptionists. Often appointments available at short notice. Highly recommend Dr Malik and Dr Ranga who are thorough, kind and experienced.

The clinic is accessible with a lift or stairs and lots of space in the reception area.

Dr Stephan Praet is outstanding. He very quickly diagnosed my problem & acted swiftly & competently to fix it. I also like the new art works and better seating in the waiting room with more distancing but I think in the current wave of covid in Cbr masks should be mandatory at Ochre!
