Well just visited to get scripts filled stood waiting, young girl doing something at counter didn't even acknowledge me ! ,then 2 other staff walked straight past me with out any acknowledgement!! So I walked out !! 🤷

Chempro's big advertisement stating "WE WILL MATCH ANY ADVERTISED PRICE ON PRESCRIPTIONS AND MEDICINES" is a deceptive SCAM!!!
Chempro tries to gain an unfair advantage by offering cheap prices on their website to draw you into their shops.
There's a YouTube video ad on their website showing a local chempro community chemist shop with friendly smiling staff.
The ad states "DON'T PAY TOO MUCH" but when you ask them in the shop to match THEIR OWN website's prices, THEY REFUSE!
They try every tactic they can think of to avoid honouring their advertisements, and you have to argue with them for several minutes before they will match THEIR OWN website's price!
Chempro is a deceptive and disgraceful company!

l been coming here for years..the pharmacist is always profesional and nice, 2 years ago yes there were few attendants not very friendly but the people working there now are very great !

I have been a customer of Ashmore City Chempro for 8 years. Steve and his staff have been wonderful to me and from observing other customers and their interaction with staff, everyone is treated with respect and as a special person.

LOST MY SCRIPT! No clue and no idea - took my script said they would call me with a price never called back and when I eventually go in NO HELP AT ALL as to what they did with it and no solution offered. Unhelpful and I will NOT be going back even though I live next to the center I would rather drive than be dealt with by this staff member again.

FIND ANOTHER CHEMIST!!!!
The big sign at the front shows match price on any medicine. Went in there and showed them the price on Chempro website which is 30% cheaper. And they said NO. That was on their website, not even other businesses which are even cheaper.
This business is not honest with their sign. AVOID it !!!
