Special thanks to the team, in particular Dr Kenneth Loon at the benowa clinic for looking after me from initial consult to aftercare.
I was impressed by his thorough care and periprocedural support.
All of the reception staff were very lovely and obtaining an appointment was very easy, despite my busy work schedule.

The most disgusting service I have experienced after dealing with them for over 1 year. Initially seen a doctor who put me at catagory 2. My symptoms changed dramatically and was only allowed nurse phone consultations. After dealing with the second nurse I tired to tell her my symptoms and that I should have been put at catagory 1 months ago. She would not listen and just talked over me, resulting me in telling her where to go. When I called back to complain I was told how good that nurse is and in her culture they don’t use please or thank you. That nurse should not have a job because when you study nursing you are taught to adapt to the culture you are treating, and to listen. So I went to my own GP who put me as catagory 1 in which I heard from the hospital the same day. I was rushed through as urgent within 1 month and have been diagnosed with an IBD, where left untreated parts of your bowel can be removed. I’m now on several medications and under the care of a specialist. Stay away from this place, they put my health at risk and I don’t want other people to go through what I had to.

No care whatsoever, I was just a number and I would not recommend this centre at all. A horrible experience. They should spend less on their radio advertising and more on their customer experience. Edit: You will be able to find my profile under my full name Kirsten Kae Beck.

Dr Evans made me feel comfortable and was very supportive . She also got me in for specialist appointments to check what was happening for me and I found out that I had something else wrong with me that was not related yet Dr evans referred me to specialist immediately and followed up very quickly. Can not thank her enough for all she has done for me.

First appointment was great, lots of information and consultation was good.
Had my consultation in FEBRUARY AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A THING! Every time I call them to ask for my results they tell me "we have been so busy and the doctors haven't been able to look at it"
So don't waste your time and go to an ACTUAL SPECIALIST because these people are a waste of time.
