First visit. Lady on the reception desk was very helpful, caring & friendly. Had to scan a QR code and followed prompts with all the usual information required. Once submitted, it updates on the computer system instantly. It only took a few minutes, so quite a speedy process. Only had maybe a 5 minute wait before being called in. Saw a triage nurse first who was thorough, helpful, caring & friendly. She referred us to the doctor. Only just sat down to wait for the doctor & the doctor appeared and took us straight in. The doctor was thorough, took his time with the examination. Explained everything, offered advice and gave us a solution & prescription. The entire visit took less than 30 minutes, from when we walked in. Everyone was very caring, helpful & friendly.
Also, the facility is pristine. Modern, spacious, clean and pleasantly air-conditioned with comfortable seats. There were other people waiting, but the environment was quiet, calm and peaceful.

My first visit to this practice today will certainly not be my last. I came looking for a new GP and certainly found a good one. The entire experience was pleasant and very easy. It's a one stop shop. Medical, dental, pathology and pharmacy all in the same premises.

super helpful, friendly and convenient. Bulk billing is also accepted in most situations which is very useful. thank you to the beautiful staff who work above and beyond to support individual issues.

Fantastic centre, new, clean and open reception with extremely helpful staff. It is always so hard to get into a doctor with a suddenly sick child and the urgent care section is fabulous for things that need urgent attention but do not require a hospital! Nurses and Doctors were a great help! This will now be our go to Centre!

The nurse was nice and did all the background work and prep for needles. But the actual travel doctor came in and spoke to us for maybe 2 minutes and no more. Not enough time for advice or any decent medical checks regarding our upcoming travels. Disappointed

Today my partner was experiencing severe anxiety for the first time and we needed assistance. He was triaged by an incredible and understanding British nurse who made him feel seen and heard and was empathetic towards our situation and his condition. We were then shown to a male doctor who asked invasive and insensitive questions, showed no empathy at all to my partners severe anxiety then declined to prescribe anything to assist with his anxiety, eventually after advocating for my partners needs we were able to get some medication to assist in the interim before he could see his regular GP but the general attitude from this GP was very much a pull your socks up, you’ll be right mate mentality. No wonder men’s mental health is in such crisis, his needs weren’t taken seriously and the cause for the unusual anxiety was essentially mocked. The service from admin and nurses was 5 star, and they bulk bill but beware of the lack of bedside manner and understanding from a male GP (didn’t catch his name sadly and don’t want to call to find out) tall older balding brunette male. Very arrogant and condescending in his tone. If my partner didn’t need the script (which he did eventually print for us after multiple denials) I would have absolutely lost it at this poor excuse of a health professional.

Finding a knowledgeable, caring, patient & understanding GP, has been hard! Then we found dear Dr Leventhorpe, he has been such a lovely blessing to both my daughter & I!
When previously we haven’t had successful diagnosis or willingness to search further than the ‘usual suspects’ regarding symptoms, he does his very best to get to the bottom of the problem, to help you get relief!
We can’t recommend him more!
