Been over 30 times for regular blood tests over the years and never had a bad experience. Though to be expected can be busy during peak hours.

I am a baby with needles and am always pretty freaked out prior,
Maria took my blood today and I've never seen or had such expert treatment I barely felt a thing and it was over in seconds she is a true master of her craft

Extremely slow. Sick people, elderly, kids waiting around for over 2 hours for a test. Poor ethic and poor customer service. I just asked if they can give me an estimated wait time and she gave my pathology referral back. Douglas doesnt care; Medical centre should take action and ask for better service as majority of the patients belong to the medical centre.

Do not go.There are plenty of blood test clinics you can go with your script .It does not matter what labs name appears on the header.Absolutely pathetic 2 x nurses who take for ever with each patient and a receptionist who hides in the back office or treatment room.Aged people ,Mums with kids all wait for ever on the 5 chairs and the clinics waiting room looking at the nurses
Walking in and out of the rooms with very little done .

I was bit worried to go here because of all these bad reviews.
However it turned out to be just fine!
I had a blood test with fasting early in the morning but then I fainted after my blood samples were taken because I was dehydrated so bad.
Gloria (who took my blood samples) called the other lady (Sorry I didn't get her name) for help and they both supported me so well. I really appreciate how they cared for me on that day.
I used to complain about long waiting time too but now I see these things can happen and the ladies working here are just doing their best.
Hopefully more staffs can be allocated to this branch as there are so many people coming here indeed.

So disappointing. I called 10 days to inquire about the time to take my 5 year old for blood withdrawal. They said come between 11am-1pm. I did that today, reached at 12:30pm to be told I should could tomorrow before 12pm as they need two collectors when it comes to withdrawing blood for children. One was present in the lab and the other on break. When her breaks finishes at 1pm then the other staff would finish her hours and leave. I offered to hold my child but the staff was in a rush and said to go elsewhere if I want blood to be withdrawn today.
Seriously you could have given correct information when I called to inquire instead of wasting my time.

I am a quadriplegic, which means I'm in a wheelchair and have limited arm and hand movement. When I had a blood test at this center recently the young girl doing the withdrawal complained when I had trouble pushing my sleeve up above my elbow and required her help. When she had trouble finding a vein, again complaining I should have had a drink of water before coming she began sweeping the syringe from side to side nearly 45degrees, which rather hurt more than necessary. When that failed to run blood she had to push up my other sleeve which earned another verbal sigh, and a comment that I should bring someone to help next time I come (I live on my own with the help of hired home-care staff, at the cost of up to $50 an hour), I don't think there will be a 'next time'
