Staff are always friendly and helpful. My most recent visit was prompt, quick and helpful. I was given further future action (scans and blood tests as well as physio care package). Hopefully, this will ease the medical issues I have been experiencing

I'm a tourist and required a prescription for my regular meds. Booking an appointment was easy and the lady doctor I saw was lovely. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact of their exhorbitant cost. My husband had been in the month previously and been charged $80 which is what we usually pay to see a doctor as we don't have medicare. This time I was surprised to hear the cost was $130 and that only people with medicare pay $80! The appointment was less than 10 minutes! This was not the case last month and most doctors charge $80 so I will certainly go elsewhere next time. Pity.

Not having much luck dealing with this place. I've been forgotten in waiting room, booked a phonecall appointment and only got to speak to doctor when I rang them, and appointment changed over and over . Now I've gotta wait until next year because they changed my appointment the day before and I can't get there. Frustrated. I've already waited a month for appointment and have to wait another or more. I have many suspicious moles that need attention. It not like anyone has ever died in a few months from this.... Yes they have, my husband !

Long wait 5 times out of 10 I need to reschedule appointment due to long wait. Today my appointment was marked as attended but I was sitting in the waiting room not seen. All for extra billing is my guess. Would love to find a good family gp that cared in bundaberg.
