I have been a patient of this practice for 43yrs and have always been extremely happy with the care from doctors & reception staff. Today I saw Dr Longhurst for the first time & he was amazing! I felt like he really listened to me & explained his diagnosis & treatment & made sure I understood what to look out for while recovering. Catherine & Lynne are always helpful, just a nice atmosphere when you're feeling unwell

I was looking for a new Doctor's surgery in the area and googled and found Alexandra Park Medical Centre. Easy process to fill out application forms and enter all details, then rang the surgery for an appointment and got one quickly for a standard consultation. Brought in my papers to the lovely receptionist and she directed me to where I would need to wait for my appointment. The Centre is clean and very modern, I was treated with respect and was approached by the receptionist when they were running a little behind with their appointments to advise me of this. I met my new Doctor who was lovely and very thorough asking all the right questions regarding my health and health history. We discussed what was needed and Dr Retchford then sorted out my referrals and off I went. Perfect out come so far. I have read other reviews on google and 98% were so positive and the others well, they were what they were. I have nothing bad to say about my first experience with this medical center and suspect I won't. I am looking forward to continuing my health care with such a professional team. Please note this is not a bulk billed center so if that's what your looking for this isn't it. I am happy to pay for my service and medicare gives a rebate straight to your bank account when you have paid.

This is a very family orientated doctors surgery. They are able to book you in with short waiting times. When our doctor hasn’t been available we have opted to go with another one -they are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They also offer kids clinic where your child can be seen early in the morning or late in the afternoon for no charge. The clinic is always clean .

I love this practice. All the Dr’s are wonderful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Kathryn who is on reception I believe is one of the rudest people I have ever come across. Every time I call the practice when this person answers is horrible. They are so short and rude and completely unwilling to help. Everyone else that works there always goes above and beyond.

Been going here for years, and never seen the same doctor twice. Every single time I go in, something is handled poorly. Had labs ordered wrong, charged consultation fees for years for a script that nobody told me could just be purchased over the counter at the pharmacy, terrible communication from all the staff I have encountered. I kept going because they are relatively easy to get into on the day. No longer worth it, I will be going elsewhere.
