Lindy and her team at balanced for life are literally lifesavers. She has helped me over many years with various foot, ankle, shoulder and most recently knee pain (that was preventing me from being able to walk)

Lindy embarrassingly enough, was the person that showed me how to do a proper squat!

I love visiting her practice and am always met with a calm inviting space and friendly smiles.

Her team recently moved to a bigger and better space on the ground floor of baulkham hills hospital which is lovely, new, and much easier to park.

I went into Balanced for Life unable to move to do simple everyday tasks and in constant lower back pain. Kara worked absolute wonders on me and now 2- 3 weeks later I am back to 100% movement and pain free. Each session I left feeling more relieved of pain and more movement and progress. Kara is very knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend her.

Highly recommend Kara and the team at Balanced for Life Castle Hill. Kara has help me with my last pregnancy and now also with Birth Fit at 10months PP. Since doing the 4 week Birth Fit course with Kara I have had more stability in my core and pelvic floor. If you are looking for an affordable, targeted class to help through your pregnancy or post pregnancy, you should definitely sign up for the next Birth Fit course. The exercises are gentle and easy to do from home.

They help recover my mum's sprained ankle so miraculously that I'm so impressed of how fast it happened. She's 62 years old and I was sure it was gonna take a long time to recover , but not under balanced for life watch! Renee was just amazing and so friendly throughout the whole process. My son has very flat feet and complained about a weak knee and sore legs so we went to see Dr Kara. Dr Kara taught him some exercises and he started to be more aware of his posture. He has been seeing Dr Kara for 3 months now and I notice a significant improvement in his balance. He tips over less frequently and is no longer complaining about pain on his knees / legs. I believe the orthotics we got from Balanced for Life were also a great help! Now I’m also getting a pair for my daughter whose feet are just as flat.

I am so very blessed to have these amazing Chiropractors looking after me. I see Dr Renee, and she is wonderful. Actually, everyone there is wonderful. So friendly, kind and professional. I have been doing the MLS, and it has made a huge difference. I used to get acupuncture, but MLS is far more effective. I highly recommend Balanced for life in Castle Hill.
