Dr Surbhi is a very good doctor, dealing with all my pre done history and medical issues. Helped me alot trying to move my licence from NSWs to Queensland due to my medical stuff on my NSWs licence.

It is all done now, and just waiting for all the paperworks to fall into place. The practice is quite expensive to see a doctor, but in the long run it will be better for my health if I'm seeing a better dr.

We will see how we go for billing in the next couple of months, and that will be a vote to stay or go. We were very lucky as you have to find a doc that is taking on new patients as well which can stress you out more.

So the proof of the pudding is in the eating, well the going to the doctor.

Frighteningly unprofessional and poorly educated doctors, and obviously the medical clinic overall.

>> Please do not take your autistic children here or if you have autism, do not go to this clinic. They are dangerously misinformed, not trauma informed (will happily say otherwise and take your money) and grossly incompetent.

Neurodivergent people aware, AVOID the Jacaranda Practice and any doctor working here: they are not there to work for your best interest.

The practice manager is covert operator who will lie, discriminate and be the all round unprofessional. They are a bully to both patients and their staff.

This practice will barely bat an eye at violent and aggressive patients. And will allow them to continue as patients. And will probably target you if you speak up and make it an issue that the clinic caters to aggressive and violent people.

Do not support this business. Because that’s what it is. They treat patients like cattle.

Wonderful staff and doctors
Make you feel like family, Dr Surbhi Gupta has amazing skills, as a long time melanoma sufferer, I am thankful for her diagnostic talents and surgical techniques that are literally life saving. I strongly recommend Dr Surbhi if you have any medical conditions at all.

When our family GP of 30+ years retired we found ourselves being shuffled around the various doctors at the Medical Centre where he had practiced. As we were used to a family General Practitioner who ‘knew’ us and our ‘health issues and concerns’, we went searching for a GP who ‘cared’ about their patients and was not simply looking to ‘advance their career prospects’. We FINALLY found Dr. SURBHI GUPTA at Jacaranda General Practice in Woongarra Street in Bundaberg. Dr Surbhi clearly loves her chosen specialty of General Practice and she has a vast knowledge of ‘Skin Care’ - particularly ‘Melanoma and Skin Cancer’ which is of particular importance to us. She has undertaken additional studies and is qualified to perform ‘Skin Cancer Screening’. We could not be happier or more grateful to have Dr Surbhi caring for ALL of the members of our family now. The nursing and reception staff at the clinic are friendly, knowledgeable and VERY helpful. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you arrange an appointment with Dr Surbhi, if you are looking for a caring GP to provide long term quality care for you and your family.

The wait times were long, and all they did was set a future appointment. There are posters all around the place saying "be nice" but if everyone is angry, then maybe you should consider your own establishment. They was also Disney characters taped to the wall, so this place is just a lawsuit waiting to happen. Don't visit this place.

RE: Johan Kuyler.
Johan’s email address says “attract wealth to me” because he thinks that HE is superior to all other humans.
It is most unfortunate that I was sent to him AGAIN!
I saw him in 2009 with severe chronic pain….but the arrogant pig said I was faking it!!
I left his office in tears of anger and frustration, and I contemplated taking my life, because he, the “almighty one”, had denied me help with my condition. If hate could kill, he would be dead. I prayed and prayed that he would experience my pain, but for some reason the gods have spared him, FOR NOW. He will pay!
I am stronger because of his indifference and this time I will be suing him and all associates. There are thousands of No win No fee Lawyers out there who would love to have a go at him.
I am also reporting him to the Australian Medical Board and the Society of Neurologists. Every news and media service on the eastern coast of Australia will know what a charlatan and fraud Johan Kuyler is.
You want to challenge me? I programmed computers for 25 years, so I am a lot smarter than HIM!
Johan spent ? years at university for what? To learn to copy a GP’s notes because Johan is too stupid to make his own?
Johan is only capable of rewriting the original GP doctor’s report again, and charging mega bucks for what? Johan learned to copy notes. I‘ll bet he cheated in all of his exams, if he ever actually went to university. I DID, I have degrees, but I’ll bet he cheated because he was too stupid.
I am coming for you, with everything I can muster, and you will wish that you had not misdiagnosed me!! You arrogant pig.
